At the mall right now. Waiting in line on the pretzel side. Told by an older pretzel employee to go to the Cinnabon side, that both lines are for both places. Wait in line on the Cinnabon side. Get to the register only to be told that it if we want pretzels, we have to wait in the other line. Go back in the pretzel line. Almost up to the register, and see the cashier from the Cinnabon side call someone in line in front of us to come over to that register. Seriously?! We finally get to the register only to be told there are no original pretzels available....very disappointing all the way around. The employees need to learn how to communicate with each other and the customers better
