Stood behind the only other person at this food stand. Lady received her order and walked away so I moved up to order. Andree, the employee behind the counter that handed the woman her order, just walked away. There were 3 employees working and none of them acknowledged me. Andree kept coming to the counter, smiling and walking away. Never asked if I was ready to order. Never greeted me.After several minutes of Andree walking up to the counter, making eye contact, smiling blankly and then walking away to flirt with another employee I asked him where was I expected to stand to be able to order as he was just ignoring me. At this point there were about 5 or 6 people waiting to order.Andree motioned to the next register from where I was standing and I was finally able to place my order. He entered it wrong. I had to correct him. I noted that when he handed my order he did the same thing to the person in line behind me: he walked away from the counter without saying anything and proceeded to talk to same employee as before while ignoring a growing line of customers.

I never see anyone actually cooking or preparing the food when I am there and every time I eat at this particular place the food is always really really tough to bite into

Friendly staff , OK service , pretzel was fresh . The only problem was that even do he was friendly when a person requested water and he was ok to provided that , he grabbed a tumbler across the counter without proper sanitize that tumbler or at least making an effort to at least rinse it with water he just went straight and fill it up from fountain Sodas dispenser .. yikes … the tumbler was not even the one you drink from the lid but you drink straight up from the tumbler .. ? maybe before Covid times were less of a big deal but know is not. I explained that to the team member to his answer well it was a few inches down it not really touched much …
Ordered a small pretzel bites. They only has a large so the worker poured them into a small cup and let the rest dump in the trash. What a ridiculous waste.

Strawberry lemonade was spot on. The heavy set male cashier did not want to be working there. ? He definitely lacks customer service.

The pretzels we burnt bread. Looked & tasted nasty. Had probably been there all day. Never again will I buy anything there. I need a refund. I didn’t have time to go return them. Nasty as it gets?
