It closes at 10 pm got there 920pm , took awhile to get rolled ice cream probably 20 to 30 minutes there was 2 customers in front of me, place was dirty, tables and floor had wrappers and wet icecream on tables. Probably wont come back.my Girlfriend didn't like it

Placed an order online and pickup said it would be ready at 9:17pm. Drove from far Northeast to pickup order got there around 9:10pm waited in the car until 9:17pm. Went in and the young lady asked me for the name on my order. She looked and could not find it!!! I showed her my phone and even my bank info showing it had paid for. She then tells me her printer ran out of paper and that’s why they did not get my!! She told me it would be 15-20mins as she had a lot of orders. I have been waiting in my car and it’s already an hour and nothing yet!!! This is unacceptable, will be the last time I come here!! I probably would have gotten my order quicker if I ordered at the restaurant!!! Picture of the time right upper left corner.

It was very packed last night thank god a third person arrived but The average height dark male and the short white female were working their hardest last night. I could tell they were a little tiered!! ?? Would 100% recommend to the public these workers were great they deserve some praise!!!! ??
Their ice cream is delicious and they have a good variety of ingredients to create your own combinations. Their service was very slow though and their employees did not have the best attitude.
