aurora rolling ice cream

We went in on New Year’s Day 1/1/26. I didn’t realize they were about to close. Brandon helped us and he was awesome. I was worried they were already closing and Brandon reassured us it was ok and he was happy to serve us. Great service and ice cream.

We waited over an hour to get our ice cream. They were disorganized and started serving people who walked in 20 minutes after arrived. One of the employees was rude when we asked about our order. Very disappointed!

Cheap quality & the workers hired are making this business a place you don’t want to come back to

Great experience Brandon. really nailed the hospitality as well as our order was phenomenal in flavor, especially with his recommendations that he provided really helped narrow down what I was looking to eat 10 out of 10 would eat again

Lady with curly hair is super nice & the matcha is heavenly definitely come here the ice cream is also really good.

Tons of menu options. Can create simple rolled ice creams! My daughter loved their ice cream with strawberries and sprinkles. Definitely will try their other items later!

I showed up at 9:40 PM and was walking in and employee said they were closing and did not want to attend us. The place closes at 10 PM. I understand that we’re showing up close to closing time but if this is the case, close at 9:30. Drove 20 minutes for nothing.

By far the best ice cream I’ve had in a while! Fruit was so fresh and the combos were absolutely perfect. Definitely coming back.

My boyfriend and I come every Saturday and sometimes during the week. We absolutely love the ice cream and the people are amazing!
