Fix your hours on google. Closed on Sunday ???😒

I put in an online order last weekend and when I got there the store was closed. We called and we spoke to a man who seemed shocked it was closed. He told us to come in... maybe he was from the other location. Anyhow, we told him we put in an online order and he promised to call us back. He didn't. We kept trying to call and we're sure he blocked us or refused the call each time. Aside from all this, they actually let our CC card be charged. We were regulars but now all we see is theft. We keep calling nobody answers. We will be calling BBB and claiming fraud on our CC.

Please update hours always had a good experience here hours have changed though.

My husband and I came in. We’ve been wanting to try it. My husband ordered steak and I got the poke with salmon. My husband asked for his steak medium and came out well done. It had no seasoning meat tasted like gas. The poke I got wasn’t that great. The rice was undercooked and it was like regular rice not sticky, edamame was still kinda frozen. The only good thing we enjoyed was the artichoke dip. Not worth the $70 we paid.

We were excited to try this place and we were disappointed. The service was good ; however, the food was bland and disappointing. I ordered rib eye steak with eggs and I opted to order hash browns instead of pancakes. The hash browns were frozen store bought and not what I expected. My steak was tough, chewy and bland. No flavor at all. It had grill marks but no grill taste. I ordered it medium and came well done. We also ordered the chilequiles as they were recommended by the wait staff and let me tell you, that plate was also disappointed. The sauce tasted like it was canned and they added tomatoes to make it seem freshly made. They sprinkled cheese on top and just added red onions on top. Same thing it was bland and needed a lot of seasoning.

Service was horrible. Waited 15 just to take our drink order and another 15 to get it. Cancelled the food order and just paid for the coffee which we didn't even drink but still got charged for. Don't waste your time

Slow service, food was alright, but I would not go back. Chair had gum stuck to the back and stained a brand new shirt.

Disappointed. Came in to ONE server, poor guy had to tell us there was 5-10 min wait for service. He sat us down with a menu that did not have drinks nor the times for their breakfast/lunch items. So we had no idea what we were going to order. Those 10 minutes pass and the server mentioned to us if we ordered food or would be another 30-40 minutes wait. So we left, along with others. We came here when it first opened and the food was great.

So we showed showed up. And were served 2 hours later. Families that showed up after us were finishing up thier meals and leaving before we got served, and we were a moderately sized group. I requested a medium rare steak with eggs, and got an underseasoned medium well steak.I cant recommend this place.. And will never come back.

We have been here twice already and they do not disappoint. Básico chilaquiles are delicious in both flavors and the omelets are amazing. Will definitely keep coming back!
