The employees are very rude, I had knocked on the outside windows for ordering and asked if I could order there. I had my bicycle with me. The girl opened the window and answered no and closed it on my face. My son went inside to order, asked for ice cream on his order, and they charged me but didn't give it to him. I asked light on the syrup and it seemed as they gave me more.

Fat female worker can’t listen or talk she got the whole order wrong repeated myself then she still got it wrong gave me attitude then still asked for a tip

Great service the staff is young but the young man handle me at the cashier and when no one was at the register he stepped in and helped the team they get swamped with mobile orders so be patient my snow cone and red bull drink was amazing

Been going here for years, the snowcones are always great. I usually get a mango and lemon mix with the vanilla bahama rama mama.
My friend gets the pickle one... suprisingly good as well. Would recommend a small; that's a lotta pickle.
Bit of a wait during peak times on hot days, but usually the staff are flying. The snowcone has an optimum ~20 minute lifespan starting right after you pick it up - plan to eat it right away. Doesn't store well in the freezer. I started getting a smaller size so I can finish the whole thing in one go. A small is enough.

Shaved ice here is pretty good, but EVERY time I come here the employees are SUPER RUDE. I’m not sure why they make it harder for themselves and customers by being rude, it’s pretty sad. They should be given courses on how to interact with customers because none of them are good at it from what I’ve seen. They are quiet, dismissive, and don’t make any attempt to be friendly, and I’ve been here many times and have yet to see a good employee. Also, if you order ahead of time online, be prepared for them not to care. Every time I order ahead they start making it when I come. The online system they have must be horrible or they’re just told not to care about online orders. Don’t waste your time.

Walked in with my kids and everyone had a dog face including the customers who were waiting for their order. NO hello No nothing just about a 5 to 7 minute wait to get my order in and to receive dry snowcones and if I would of known the wait was going to be for that... I would of went a little further up to Baskin Robbins or Yogo and had better service and probably would of paid less for better ice cream or whatever. A "Hello we will be right with you." Would of made all the difference. ( a young pretty girl who pulled up in a work truck with boxes was very nice.... it was the girl's making the snowcones who looked extremely uncomfortable.
