That was wasted effort on my part.There was no greet or attempt to explain how to order... so I got a basic cherry and cream... which is just syrupless and dry.15 dollars for shaved ice? I'll go find an ice cream man.

If a business says it closes at 10pm then it should close at 10pm. Got there 10 to 15 minutes before closing time and the employees had stacked the chairs and trash cans to block entry into the business. They had to have stacked those chairs way before then because when they saw me coming the look of dread and we don't need your business was written all over their faces...Management?? Owners?? Shift supervisor?? False advertising? OSHA violations? Cameras to keep an eye on the business?? SMH....

very disappointed I ordered an oreo ice. they did not put the cream, oreo shavings or oreo cookie on it. just some flavored ice... sucked to have absolutely bland boring desert.

First time there should have got a baby a small was large for my granddaughter. I'm not shaved ice person but I actually really loved it . And would go back. The staff is friendly. My granddaughter was excited and standing by the counter .And a lady came up with a big smile and said can I help you. I love kindness. To my granddaughter .

Shame on you Bahama Bucks. It’s 1 pm on a hot Sunday and you have one employee handling a large crowd all by herself. This young lady is clearly competent, but you are compromising business while your customers are having to wait long, and some are walking away, while your employee takes orders and is also fulfilling the orders. And as fantastic a job she is doing, this is an inhumane environment for your employee. What if she needs to use the restroom? And I am sure you also have other expectations from your employee aside from attending to customers. You have just lost a few customers as we are not coming back again. I invite you to reevaluate how you care for your employes. I promise you I will share this experience on social platforms and in conversations . I also encourage other customers to speak up if you wittiness poor working conditions.

Poor customer service. I stood at the front of register for 5 minutes when both girls had clearly seen me. Was not even greeted. One was filling a container which looked like yogurt, the other was making orders as she was actually using the shaker. The other one finished what she was doing and only looked in my direction when two other customers walked in minutes after I had. Once she came up to me to take my order, she said "what can I get for you" no smile no welcoming hi. I ordered 4 mini snow cones and the customer that ordered after me received his two shakes before I received my order. We use to like coming here to eat our snow cones and play the board games they had, but apparently are no longer available for customers. If it wasn't because it's super hot and the snow cones are refreshing in this weather, I probably wouldn't come back. The 3 stars is for the snow cones, they are still good but I agree with others that customer service needs improvement. Yes, they are young, but it is called being respectful and kind.

The drinks here are really good but the customer service is DOGWATER. Dont even bother ordering through the mobile app. Its faster just going into the store and jumping into the long line instead. Ive gotten faster service at the dmv.
