Service is bad, was waiting for 10 minutes in drive through to be acknowledged….I went to window and no one cared to take my order and no it was not busy…

Unfortunately, I asked for guava and extra creamy on purpose, they didn't give me anything I asked for, this tasted like medicine, it didn't taste like guava, I said and they told me that the guava flavor has no color and was more ice than flavor.

Me and my family visit Bahama Bucks at least 2 to 3 times a week during the summer months. We love the products! The staff are knowledgeable about the delicious products and are always friendly! Definitely will be continuing our weekly visits.

The lady who assisted me was SUPER rude! She wasn't helpful at all, and I ended up wasting one of my rewards that I couldn't use because the time expired. This experience was HORRIBLE. I also rated the atmosphere low because the tables were dirty and a lot of flies were around.

I went in with my sister not too long ago and let’s just say that it’s one of the worst bahama bucks i’ve ever been to. It looks really dirty inside. When i went to order the staff was in a huge rush and MANAGER ximena was the only one not helping at all. She was off to the side flirting with some guy (a coworker). I waited almost 20 min to get my stuff. When i got my order there was barely any syrup and tasted salty. Not only that the fruit tasted old and looked nasty. Never going here again.

ALWAYS FORGETTING MY ICE CREAM ON MY SNO ALWAYS ALWAYS gateway location is way better or at least they always include my ice cream

All our orders had no syrup at the halfway point. I got the mangoneada and there was only one piece of mango.

Messed up on my order, I waited a good 10 minutes before they actually acknowledged me, then just stood at the counter instead of "hi" the place is messy, trash everywhere. The service is terrible, I will not be coming to this location for a while.

I like the Franchise Bahama Bucks, this particular franchise is the worst I have ever been to. There was a line around the building for the drive thru, we went inside and there are 3 girls working. 1 customer waiting for an order and others that had been served. I waited for five minutes for the girl to take my order, I believe i interrupted their conversation about some person named Alex. These girls need supervision or a surprise visit from a manager. One of the worst experiences I have had at Bahama Bucks.
