Got there at 9:25 and waited to order. It was only 2 people in front of us and no one came to the window and the line didn’t move. After waiting for 15 minutes, we pulled off and looked inside. We saw one person just standing there looking but didn’t see any workers and all of the light were on. Highly disappointed and upset that we even waited in line for nothing.

Came in at 10:12pm and a the short dude up front said they are closed when it clearly says they close at 10:30 in the front . When asked why they were closing early he said “oh yea we have to update that” with a sarcastic tone and rude stare lmao , and when we drove around he was waving at us trying to be rude on purpose. guess thats what happens when you make minimum wage 🤷🏽‍♂️

Arrived at 10:13pm with lights on in the establishment and open sign turned on. The door was open so we walked in, however the employee told us they were closed already. We asked about the hours since online and on their door it stated closing time was 10:30pm but he said “no we have to update that” and turned off the lights before we even walked out. Terrible customer service and what appears to be lazy employees.

We got two small Snowballs. They lasted a long time. Flavor was good to the last sip. Turned my tongue blue.

This Bahama Buck’s location is the best! The shaved ice is incredibly soft, the flavors are amazing, and the staff is always so friendly. Service is super fast, too! It’s the perfect treat for a hot day!

Super dirty! Its not my first time and the whole place was dirty.
We order online and they took more than 20 min to have it ready. Tables were dirty ans thw floor was terrible. There was water coming out from the counter top.

This place only has 3 employees working. No one is not helping with ordering in counter, if you know you are going to be busy then the manager needs to higher more staff. Waiting 45 minutes drive through and inside. This will be my last time coming here.

Considering the syrup and sugar content, soap should always be stocked. While the sign claims hands should be washed. Where is the soap?

I was very disappointed with our visit today. A girl and three guys were on shift. We ordered a bomb regular and a tiger blood with cream. It was taking forever to get our order. The staff was all in one area talking and playing around. Throwing ice at each other, getting drinks for themselves and drinking it in the working area. They called me for my order and only one item was ready, five minutes later the other came out. My son's bomb pop only had coloring on the top. The rest was nothing but snow. No color at all. They had better service years ago.

This place is great they never disappoint. I usually come during winter when it’s not so busy but it’s my first time coming during the summer and it was packed. The staff was professional despite how busy it was. They kept the space clean as people were coming and going. Really great place I really do recommend. Other reviews are quite unfair since the employees do have to prepare orders as people are coming in. Like just get out of your car if you don’t wanna wait 45 minutes they are doing what they can to get you your order to you.
