They took forever on our order. We ordered a cherry with cream,a manganeada , a coconut with cream .. and they took 30 minutes in just our order . Truly disappointed ,they tried to upcharge as well saying we ordered an extreme cherry etc. we finally got our order

Slow as hell, I mean painfully slow, order online or something cus drive thru is a 30 min wait

Whoever the guy with the bandanna on 08/10 at 6:30 is, I hope you have an amazing a day and a successful life, he made our experience GREAT! and my snow cone ever better

Place had amazing service, everyone was nice, and I didn’t have to wait long

Super friendly staff, my order was a bit complicated but the tall asian(?) guy with the glasses was super understanding and made it perfect!

My daughters and I went here today and everything was great. We did have to wait a little because there was a lot of people there which is understandable. The only thing I didn't like was that an employee was waisting a LOT of water. The faucet was on and the water was running the whole time we were there about 10-15 minutes, and he never turned it off. It's important to take care of water.

Super long wait for 2 drinks 30+minutes really bad service

Waited more than an hour in the drive through. There weren't any customers inside. The cashier had a horrible attitude as well. The shaved ice I got didn't even have enough flavoring.

Waited for 15 minutes in drive thru and got tired of waiting so went into the establishment. Two young ladies who didn't greet at all until one finally acknowledged me because she possibly noticed how bothered I was. I order 1 small shaved ice. The young lady who prepared it let it sit there while my daughter and I were obviously where the only ones there. Finally the other young lady finally hands it to me. Manager (Mathew) walking around doing who knows what. This just reflects how this location is managed and these young ladies don't know anything about customer service. I asked the cashier what her Managers name was and she couldn't even remember that. This young work force is the worst. Scary what the future holds with these young minds.

Worse service ever for a drive thru! Was in line with no one ahead of me for 30 mins . When I spoke through the speaker she replied will be right with you only to take an additional 10-15 mins .

Continuous people in the queue, but the crew of 3 did a great job to service everyone

Was waiting in line for half an hour and I was the last car in line on a Thursday night. Finally pulled up to the drive through speaker and I was there just waiting for a response for another 10 minutes just for the guy to tell me the guy in front of me was the lat car they served. Literally got so upset I had to let the dude know , bro! I’ve been waiting here for almost ano hour and I’m literally the last car! Use to love going there but I won’t be going back. Anyone know any good shaved ice places?

Under Staffed

Guy working at 8:40pm on a Monday was amazing. Enthusiastic through the drive through and made my order just right. My personal order- Sugar free Cherry ice with nerds. Small.
