Bahama Buck's - El Paso, N Zaragoza Road

This place has great sno cones! The employees are awesome too. Diego was really nice and this other employee with black glasses walked in and started helping a customer who couldn't make up their mind. They showed patience and great customer service skills when I would have been like lady... You want it or not lol.

Have to brag on this location. Even though they were out of some supplies, they were able to put a party pack together for My Mother's Day❣️ Thank you for helping and it's all delicious too❣️

Honestly speaking Bahama bucks has the worst service and I attribute this to the age of workers and managers with lack of experience. The flavor and product is great but you have to do something about the management and services. I wont stop buying from Bahama bucks but please hear my supplications. Also Tropical smoothie is in the same boat. Just saying:(

Just got the dreamsicle small shaved ice. Idk if they started using tap water because it tastes like tap water. I think they need an inspection I'm unsatisfied!!!

Super delish! Tastes better than other locations. Some locations snow tastes like sewer water.

They take forever to take and give you your order.

Been there a few times and honestly it’s really good! the service is nice and the atmosphere is pretty calm, usually not super busy and they have games to play while enjoying their delicious Ice cone!✨ definitely recommend

I’m leaving this 5 star review because of an employee that was working alone on Sunday Feb 1st around 3:30pm. She was working the counter & drive through alone with over 20 people inside the store & 3 cars at drive through (not exaggerating). I do not know her name but if you check the shifts you’ll know who she is. To that associate great job! To management, shame on you for leaving this girl alone with that kind of traffic.

I never leave reviews but when I went today the guy working was so awesome and attentive. WONDERFUL customer service. I wish I got his name, but he was working 12/27 at 2.

Andres was really fast friendly and attentive, I ordered a new holiday sno and it looked exactly like the picture.

They took forever on our order. We ordered a cherry with cream,a manganeada , a coconut with cream .. and they took 30 minutes in just our order . Truly disappointed ,they tried to upcharge as well saying we ordered an extreme cherry etc. we finally got our order

People working here seems to me that they pick who to be friendly with, treat others betters, I felt looked down on for not giving a tip.
