We have always supported this business since it opened, but the truth is something is happening and it is no longer the same as when they started, especially the TORTILLAS!!! They are not the same, they are horrible and they break sweet and thick and the flavor is not like tortillas from Juárez!
It will be a shame not to return

Terrible service, the staff is very rude and very confrontational.
My husband went to buy barbacoa to-go and ordered 1/2 kilo and some bolillos to take home. When we got home, we realized they had given him half of each bolillo (1 bolillo for $2). When he went back to the restaurant for the full bolillo, the lady was extremely rude and told him that for her, that was one bolillo (half). She called him a beggar and threw the money at him, even though he was only there to get the bread. We will never come back. She was so rude!!!!!

I was greeted properly as I walked in. My order took about 13 minutes. The staff kept taking to a lady (customer) non-stop while preparing my order slowly. The Barbacoa is already cooked. It shouldn’t take more than 7 minutes to prepare tacos. I was the only customer by the way. The barbacoa was delicious. I recommend El Guerro barbacoa if you are not in hurry.

I didn't expect it but the taste is very bad.
To start, zero people on Sunday, just a couple of diners.
The employee doesn't know how to get paid
Half a kg costs 28 and he told me that he charged extra with a card. And he couldn't tell me how much the extra is.
So I better asked him for 24 USD which was what he had in cash and he didn't know how to do the conversion and said that the system did not allow him to sell less than 1/2 kg.
He didn't give me a ticket, very bad service apart from the taste, nothing like that of Cd Juarez.

As soon as I walked in it didn’t feel like being related to the local in Cd. Juarez. I decided to give it a chance but wouldn’t go back. The meat was a bit tasteless, the bread for the lonche wasn’t entirely cut and had a strip without meat and it wasn’t well served for what I payed. If being again near the area I would go to Valley Supermarket across the street.

Restaurantji Recommends
They're not running the air conditioner, young lady helping is rude, the barbacoa was tasteless, you can't get a glass of water or an agua fresca because they don't have either one. I asked for tap water which normally is something ALL restaurants have available.
Dietary restrictions: I wanted water due to not being able to consume sugary drinks.

Customer service is very bad. I don’t know why they said is from JuAREZ and of course is not. I just bought barbacoa once and I won’t buy this for a second time. It’s very tasteless and the salsa tasted it was made many days ago. I don’t recommend this place

Too expensive !! In pounds
The ladies of the taste are very helpful, it doesn't taste like barbecue like the taste of Juárez, yes it is expensive 52 dollars per kilo of barbecue, well if it had a taste of Juárez it is worth it, it has no taste
