Awesome brunch place. I had the Barrio Breakfast (Ribeye & Eggs w/ Chilaquiles) while watching Sunday NFL. The ribeye was done perfectly, and very flavorful. Service was excellent. Highly recommend!

kinda expensive for an el paso bar… five bucks for a tecate? everywhere else they’re two bucks. all the draft beer were at least $7. thats a little too much, in my opinion. the joint is clean and the staff are friendly, but yeah… the prices. there’s no reason i should pay five dollars for a tecate. or eight dollars for a pint of stella. no sir.

Our server Mike was absolutely amazing and sweet and the food was delicious...what killed it was another server by the name of Aaron...My god that man was RUDE!! He treated my sister and her wife poorly as soon as they walked in to get our table and spoke to my elderly disabled father terribly...I never post 1 star reviews because i know businesses have hard times...but this man was treating people with disrespect for no other reason than just being a jerk! Hope the owner looks at this and has a talk with him about his customer service.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we noticed how cozy it was. The music was playing, softly and the people sitting down to eat, all seemed to be enjoying their dinner. We were greeted right away and our server came by right away as well. Daniel, our waiter was very nice and attentive and we could tell that the other servers were doing a pretty good job as well. My husband had the Mole plate and I had a club sandwich. Both were very delicious and we can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

Popped in here for breakfast with my son and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Food was great, vibe was chill, but the service truly exceptional! Our waiter - and I hate that I didn’t get his name - was fantastic. He patiently explained dishes to us gringos, explaining various salsas, and offered great advice.
Highly recommend!

Came to Barrio Eats & Drinks because my co-worker couldn’t have recommended it more; however, it took over an hour for 3 of our party of 8’s plates to come out, no offers to refill drinks, food came out cold, fajitas with no tortillas, took FOREVER to order a bday shot 🙄 I could understand if they were busy, but they were not. Don’t come here. 😐

Been waiting so long just to get my water and also it’s taking forever to get my food when I just found out the whole time they’re making a free fresas con crema for a bday gurl🙄 also tell me why my rice was freezing, and I almost got frost burn from touching my rice 🥶 i’m just hungry and waiting for my steak that I was going to order which also they didn’t have any steak so why is it on the menu?🤯 why did they dim the lights are they closing? This is terrible.😤😤😤 not to mention, the food is so expensive And freezing🥶🥶🥶 do not come to this place you will regret it and spend your money on something worth it😡😡😡 girly go buy yourself some new clothing instead of spending your money on this😤😤😤😤😤 also, my asparagus were freezing and so hard to chew🫩🫩🫩

We came for brunch on Saturday. It wasn’t busy and the service was pretty quick and friendly.
The food was hit and miss. Portion sizes were huge which is good I guess.

We got the chicken fajitas - almost there, it was missing marinade or flavor but texture was great.
French Toast sandwich - meh.
Chilaquiles verdes - this was pretty good! I liked the verde sauce.
Overall not a fan of the hash browns and felt like the food was missing seasoning.
Did not like the choice of music or what was on tv. It’s like elevated sports bar vibes. So if you want an elevated sports bar this spot is pretty cool. If you want brunch go elsewhere

I had really high hopes for this place based on the reviews. Upon arriving it seemed like a super cute place, minus the fact that they were blading horrible music. It kinds threw the vibe off.

Then the waiter (Rafa) who helped us was super condescending when I asked a question about the drink I was ordering. I feel like he realized he was rude and tried to make up for it, but then kept being condescending here and there. Our queso was cold, my rice and beans were cold.. also when he took our order (there were 3 of us) he kept trying to put his order pad away and damn near walked away before I ordered my plate… very odd experiencing and I won’t return next time I’m in town. Super mediocre service for the price I paid.

Delicious food and good vibes. Awesome selection of fine spirits, and very helpful and attentive wait staff. Super delicious Mexican cuisine. Location great to visit El Paso's downtown museums and sporting events. Go try it out!
