The food was DISGUSTING . I went for Lunch and had one of the worst meals i’ve ever had. I ordered the mussels and one of them was completely frozen. On top of that, the dish is very poorly plated and combinations are GROSS with rice at the bottom, french fries with tomato and onion on top of the rice, and a few cold and frozen mussels at the very top. Additionally, there was a piece of raw tuna on the bottom of my hamburger bun. We also ordered a Coca Cola and when it came it had a dead mosquito in it. We also ordered the Poke Bowl, which had cold rice that tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for weeks, it was cold, hard, and tasteless. To top everything off, there was only one waiter handling the entire restaurant, when he wiped the table down, the rag smelled awful and wet, leaving a stench on our table. The waiter was doing the best he could given the short staff and was kind enough to take some things off the check. Also, the place looks like it’s run down, there was a massive whole in the ceiling that looked like it going to collapse. Overall TERRIBLE experience. NEVER going back or would recommend.

The food and atmosphere were good; Buuuutt, the waitress added charges to each of our tickets!! For example, when I ordered my meal, she said, "with salmon or tuna," instead of asking if I would like to ADD salmon or tuna... ugh!! I end up paying almost double what I intended :^(

We ordered pick up and when i got there They couldnt take crab out of the artichoke and crab dip and said they never do that but when me n my girlfriend come they always do that for us, my girlfriend was asking them nicely if they can fix it and they said ok and when they finished 30 min later they gave us green soup not even the color of the dip literally, i talked to the manager they gave us half our money back and asked if we wanted food and i ordered a burger and i was so happy eating it and when i passed it to my girl she noticed the meat wasnt cooked. It is a good place to eat but dont go to the mesa one go to the one in the east 1387 goerge dieter drThank you

As good as some of the famous breakfast establishments back home in New Orleans!!While it is next to some chain breakfast restaurants, it is obvious this restaurant doesn’t use boxed pancakes mixes or liquid eggsRather you can tell that everything is homemade (you can even see them making it) and sourced from family farmsWhile remixes are usually not necessary, Basico offers traditional Southern breakfast staples as well as novel takes on familiar breakfast items that will make you regret ordering plain-old pancakes, eggs and omelettes all your life.They went through a period where service was lacking but the last 5-times there, it was obvious thst weakness has been remediedTry this place, especially their Nutella pancakes. You won’t regret it !
