We took our grandchildren after a basketball game to eat ice cream at 9:20 pm. The doors were locked and the chairs put up. The girl said we had to go through the drive through to order our ice cream. So we did and ate outside. Then we see a customer walk in and get serviced. After that, I went in and asked them if they were open. She replied that they were open after all. It was a horrible experience for my grandchildren. Cameras don't lie. Management needs to check their cameras for proof. You could tell that thety didn't want any customers with children in the establishment. Also the website says it closes at 11pm and the on the door it says it closes at 10 pm.

UNDERSTAFFED - On a Sunday, the poor employee had to man the drive-thru, lobby, and carry-out orders BY HERSELF… she was fast and polite but this mismanagement was UNFAIR to both the employee and the customers. Unacceptable wait, but I still gave her a tip because she was doing the best she could given the circumstances.

Ordered a single scoop of ice cream on a cone, the girl barely spoke, I drove up to the window she never came to the window, I waited, and waited, I honked never answered, I went around, told her I was still waiting for my ice cream, she said ill have it for you, NEVER opened the window, I left, she never said, ill be right with you. I could of understood if she was taking care of customers, but there was no cars at all! I'll never go there again.,,bad service!

Very good service. But I think i was overcharged. A 2 scoop Sundae and a single scoop on a sugar cone 13.60 no receipt. Icream is always good
