The people that work here suck. I guess they did their closing duties early and didn’t want any customers coming in. Walked in, no hello, no greeting, nothing, just yells “don’t touch the glass!” Okay? Hi to you too. We weren’t ready to order yet and the girl walked off and just doesn’t come back - all the employees in the back. We finally order and she just looks so bothered by our presence. Everything she did was just so “ugh , woe is me.” No professionalism at all. Another customer came in at some point and stood at the front waiting to be serviced, again no greeting. He ended up having to get THEIR attention to get his order. Don’t waste your time here, the ice cream isn’t good enough for the sour mood the workers will put you in.Edit: Forgot to add that we came in 1.5 hours before close.

The guy working served us through the drive -thru he had the absolute most bad attitude. We barely looked at the menu as the guy was rushing us to order. Barely even comfirm the order and the boy says "Your Welcome by the way"Dude what the hell is wrong with you. We were not even rude to you.We pull up to the window guy still having hostile attitude towards us. Asked if we wanted to leave him a politely decline. Still made a face toward us. Other female employee gets yelled at for giving us utensils cuase he gave us some already.I dont know what the hell kind of day thay guys had but no excuse to be that rude towards us and employee.Around 5:45pm 11-18-23

There are 2 girls and a guy with a cap here, as soon as we walked in they said don’t touch the glass which I get but they seemed pretty stand offish the entire time and as soon as we walked out they locked the doors at 9:35pm and the door said 10am-10pm. Two other people got turned away at 9:40pm. Maps said they close at 10:30. They really don’t care about service.

My husband and I decided to get some ice cream after washing our car. We also decided to bring our dog as well as she is in training for being a reactive dog. She never got socialized as a puppy so we are doing our best to bring her out and people watch for now. We decided to go through the drive through. As we were ordering, this man was VERY RUDE. He rushed us as we were ordering. We ordered 1 milkshake, 1 sundae, and 1 pup cup. My dog has never had one before and we were excited to get her one for the first time. At the end of the order, my husband thanked him and he shouted through the mic saying "YOU'RE WELCOME" with the biggest attitude. My husband looked at me confused as to why he was treated that way. And I was starting to get upset. We rolled up to the window and I look back to check at my dog. She was doing well and was behaving. But as soon as the man opened the window, she started to bark a little. With correction from me, she started to calm down. And the man said, "here's some whipped cream to calm the dog down." I was already irritated but this just pissed me off. It also made my husband feel bad for our dog. No one knows that she's in training but she is trying her best. People scare her. And his smart ass remarks should get him replaced with someone else. Thank you for ruining my dogs first pup cup experience.

place used to be good but it fell off. I had a 2 hairs in my ice cream and it had a sponge texture. I asked the girl why it was like that and she just said it was melted. without offering me a scoop that wasnt pre melted ice cream. She has no common sense and she forgot to charge us too

I stopped by the store right now because they had giving me the wrong order. Some carrot hair guy who claimed to be in charged, did not want to change the order. I showed him the ice cream new and untouched. He was very rude and refused to give me his name because of “privacy laws” according to him. That was just pathetic!!! But yet, he had no uniform, no name tag, and a backwards cap…who is running this business and who hires these people???? I paid like 7 dollars for the wrong order and still got an entitled, rude and disrespectful employee. I didn’t know if laugh about the situation or get mad. I just took my business somewhere else and deleted their app.
