After launch with my family we decided to have dessertand we were surprised that two of the refrigerators were broken and only one was working and selection was limited ?To make things worse it was very hot inside I don't think the AC was working we hurried up and left!The young man that was working should not be exposed to such working conditions!He was polite and friendly but you could tell he was uncomfortable with the heat.

Good service, great product, and cool atmosphere. Tried the Sundae fudge ice cream flavor.....delicious.Try this 31 flavors. I recommend it.

Only had one guy serving who was slower than a snail. Zero sense of urgency as his line grew. People started leaving bc of how slow this guy worked.
