I ordered an ice cream cake last minute. Gael was able to help me find what I needed and make adjustments to get the cake I was looking for. Natalia was able to also help decorate the cake with our grads name. We were very thankful and appreciative for both of their help and kind manner. Great Customer Service!

This is my favorite ice cream spot in El Paso! The milk flavor is rich and delicious, and they offer a great variety of options—definitely recommend trying the Oreo flavor and their shakes. The quality of the ice cream is top-notch!
The only thing I’d love to see improved is the interior design. A cozier, more inviting space would make it a perfect spot to hang out or even get some work done. Also, keeping the place extra clean would enhance the experience. Overall, amazing ice cream, just wish the atmosphere matched the quality of the product!

Baskin Robbins on Viscount. Who ever that young girl/lady that was there yesterday at around 3:30 pm. Was the worst customers service anyone should recieve. OMG! wouldn't look me in the eye, never smiled and so rude. kept her head down when I was speaking with. Not even a Thank you, after I paid. She should not be working there or anywhere else Actually. If I were the manager I would say, BYE Felicia. If I do go back to the baskin robbins on viscount and if that same girl is there I will walk OUT!!! rather go to another one, than having to be served by such a rude person, unkind person like that!!!!!!.
