Baskin Robbins on Viscount. Who ever that young girl/lady that was there yesterday at around 3:30 pm. Was the worst customers service anyone should recieve. OMG! wouldn't look me in the eye, never smiled and so rude. kept her head down when I was speaking with. Not even a Thank you, after I paid. She should not be working there or anywhere else Actually. If I were the manager I would say, BYE Felicia. If I do go back to the baskin robbins on viscount and if that same girl is there I will walk OUT!!! rather go to another one, than having to be served by such a rude person, unkind person like that!!!!!!.Parking: parking is okayKid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness with the employee was rude

Worst service ever. Employee looked annoyed slammed ice cream ball into cone and ignored the rest of order. Don't bother coming here.
The employee was so slow . All there whip cream was frozen so they couldn’t serve it . They were waiting for it to thaw . I wish they had a braums here in elpaso .

We ordered from DoorDash okay no problem right well when we got our order the bag was closed and sealed okay no problem Covid regulations thanks so when we opened the back they gave us a coke bottle that was less than half full which my husband had ordered a float and then my ice cream was completely wrong so I called some guy name angel that did our order screwed us over this place has one thing to do which is just ice cream and can’t even do that and mind this is can report to door dash but they aren’t going to give me a full refund
