Drive thru sales person couldn't get my order right. Too much background noise, sounded like a high school party was going on. Got to the window and then was told no whip cream was available and I said it was ok that I would take the ice cream alone, asked what my order was again, repeated it and left. Then a young man approached the window from Baskin Robins and said the girl told me to make your ice cream, repeated my order and it was wrong I told him what it was and with a snarky remark he says, that's what I said and I said no that's not what you said. Then I proceeded to ask if there was a manager I could speak to and he asked what it was in reference to. I said it was a complaint. He closed the window and then got on his cell phone, came back and said he couldn't give me any confidential information and I said I just needed a name, he said that was confidential. I asked what was confidential about a name and he finally gave me a name, Bernice. There's clearly no supervision for the workers and the customer experience is failing.

First time coming to this location. Went through the drive thru yesterday and when we got to the window to pay, the young man at the window took my card and then ASKED me if I wanted to tip. I was taken aback because I've never been asked to tip at the drive thru much less by a person at the drive thru. When I said no he asked me if I wanted a reciept which I said yes. He handed me the ice cream and closed the window immediately and walked away and didn't provide the reciept. It felt as if he was upset I said no to tipping. Although the ice cream was delicious, I don't think employees should be asking that in the drive thru.

Took 20 mins to attend me, extremely slow and lazy staff , girl employees was rather cleaning windows and listening to music instead of helping attend us. Horrible service, extremely slow and lazy. Girl employee needs to focus on her tasks instead of listening to music and cleaning windows. Unacceptable!!

Not clean at all. They don’t have store manager available. Poor customer service. Not safe place to sell food. The girls that work there they have long dirty fake nails and eye lashes that can contaminate the ice cream. They don’t wash their hands. Look at the arms of this person, (Ice cream all over the arms).

Need better customer service I was ignored multiple times and not helped when I came in to pick up a prepaid order. Lots of people behind the counter yet no one wanted to even look at me to help. After a while of being ignored while other customers were helped except me I decided to leave. Not sure what I did wrong other than walk in and try to ask for my order.

I never right reviews but this is honestly ridiculous, this is the second time I come to this location using their drive thru which I find super efficient. Unfortunately, the employees do not make it useful, how do take my order through the speaker and once I get to the window you ask me what do I want? Ridiculous! What’s the whole point of having a drive thru if your workers don’t even know how to use it, not to mention they still were unable to give me the correct order once I had to repeat it to them! You are better off going somewhere else!

Today, I officially decided that, from now on, I will be driving out of my way to visit another location. The employees can really benefit in customer service training. In the last two visits, we were greeted with a roll of the eyes or a smirk on their face. It's not welcoming at all. It's almost as if the customer is an inconvenience. I'm better off purchasing my ice cream at Albertson's. Not to mention, the tables are always dirty, and the floors look like they are cleaned with a dirty mop. It's a shame.
