I drove about an hour to visit the area and decided to try some Baskin Robins, great ice cream, and even greater customer service. Victor is sweeter than all the ice cream in the shop! And I'm not even a fan of ice cream. Well I am now!

Cudos to evening team member Manny. Wife and I just seeking for a Birthday cake info and left with a custom cake order. Manny took the time to answer questions and provide options. Showed us more options on IPad, allowed us to look thru screens. He helped customers as it got busy, but came back to see if we had any other questions. We liked an NFL theme and he verified if could be done the following day with supervisor. His attention and letting us know they were able to include 2 of the ice cream flavor options made us go ahead and place the order. CAKE was delicious and pleased to have both Baseball nut, and Pineapple coconut flavors.

The only thing the employees do is talk and forget your there, they make you wait till they’re done with there conversations to help you out. Terrible customer service.

Drive thru sales person couldn't get my order right. Too much background noise, sounded like a high school party was going on. Got to the window and then was told no whip cream was available and I said it was ok that I would take the ice cream alone, asked what my order was again, repeated it and left. Then a young man approached the window from Baskin Robins and said the girl told me to make your ice cream, repeated my order and it was wrong I told him what it was and with a snarky remark he says, that's what I said and I said no that's not what you said. Then I proceeded to ask if there was a manager I could speak to and he asked what it was in reference to. I said it was a complaint. He closed the window and then got on his cell phone, came back and said he couldn't give me any confidential information and I said I just needed a name, he said that was confidential. I asked what was confidential about a name and he finally gave me a name, Bernice. There's clearly no supervision for the workers and the customer experience is failing.

First time coming to this location. Went through the drive thru yesterday and when we got to the window to pay, the young man at the window took my card and then ASKED me if I wanted to tip. I was taken aback because I've never been asked to tip at the drive thru much less by a person at the drive thru. When I said no he asked me if I wanted a reciept which I said yes. He handed me the ice cream and closed the window immediately and walked away and didn't provide the reciept. It felt as if he was upset I said no to tipping. Although the ice cream was delicious, I don't think employees should be asking that in the drive thru.

Took 20 mins to attend me, extremely slow and lazy staff , girl employees was rather cleaning windows and listening to music instead of helping attend us. Horrible service, extremely slow and lazy. Girl employee needs to focus on her tasks instead of listening to music and cleaning windows. Unacceptable!!
