Either the kids that work here are just messing around or they’re just that slow, but every time we go here somethings wrong: they never remember our order, charge us incorrectly, or somethings missing. It’s annoying. It’s not hard to take a correct order and get it out correctly

Went to go pick up my cake today with my dad n my boyfriend im satisfied with the cake that i ordered don't get me wrong but the lady at the baskin robbins ice cream shop needs customer service i get her hands r full dealing with customers or especially being understaffed but there has got to better customer service when attending to customers walking to the ice cream shop and at least giving a warm welcome n not ignoring ur customers cuz its just rude and it looks bad on the employee working there cake was perfect and small but customer service is key disappointed how the way the employee handled it

Always out of product, BUT, the service is great. Staff is always very cheerful and helpful. Place could be cleaner, with all the staff there, they definitely have enough time for shared duties.

Local Guide

I should sue for 1st degree burns. There's limited seating, no SHADES OR BLINDS on the windows it's so hot inside the sun hits the chairs and tables it's ridiculous! The staff is moody they attend the drive thru and leave you waiting until they're done and they don't even tell you they'll be back or if someone else will help you. The server kept making my ice cream scoop smaller and smaller each time. Bad service ??
