Ice cream is great but the staff is janky...went with my kids for some ice cream and was yelled at from the back to just call out when I was ready to order....the lady helping seemed bothered the entire time, made my kids feel like we had to leave...my kids tried to buy some waters only to be ignored. When the lady finally acknowledged my kids she just screamed at them that she was helping another customer that was in the drive through which really made them uncomfortable. That lady ruined our entire outing with her bad attitude...probably never going back.

We went as a party of 11 people we waited in line while the employees with no hairnets and no gloves were just walking around not even making eye contact with any of us. Not a greeting not a “how can I help you?” Waited for 10 minutes and still nothing. We just decided to leave as soon as we left they greeted the next person coming in and had him out before we even left the parking lot. Rude, unattentive, uncaring uncourteous just flat out horrible service I’d rather drive to another location than the one on Dyer.

Absolute disgrace, ordered a day in advance a 59.99$ dollar cake 24-32 servings for my sons birthday party and when I went to go pick it up they came out with a cake the size of my hand and I’m a tiny woman.Had the inconvenience of trying to find a cake 30 minutes before the party started. Hopefully my refund comes through by tomorrow I really need to speak to a manager.

Horrible cross contamination, flies, dirty floors, no gloves worn when handling food, no hand washing in-between orders, milk and ice cream left out in the open, only one staff member wearing work uniform, no supervisor. It's hard to accommodate to people's allergies, as stated on the sign behind the counter, if the staff is not cautious about cross contamination in the first place. One of the workers behind the counter had hands and halfway up their arm covered in ice cream that had dried and the entire 30 min. we stood in there, none of the workers washed their hands.they very obviously used the same scoup on a variety of icecreames, many of the ice-cream had different icecreams mixed in. And flies in the display freezers.
Hadn't been in this place literally for years. Not sure when they remodeled but it works. It's super comfortable and inviting.

Wow so many thing’s wrong with some of the people that work there. Lets see they can never hear at drive thru. Then you get to the window ask to confirm order and they have it wrong and even after you correct it they still give you the wrong order. It doesn’t take a genius to make ice-cream. Stop hiring stupid people.

After saying that they are out of the ice cream my kids picked, and giving us the wrong order that took forever at the drive through window. My family opened their ice cream and seen what looked like pubic hair in 3 of my kids orders. My wife and I got a milk shack (am worried about what was in that now). Will not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I decided to treat ourselves and we dropped in for some ice cream here. I believe the person that helped us was named Kai, super friendly dude and very helpful. The ice cream was very delicious and cold for a hot summer day.

Went to drive thru waited to give order no one came on speaker. I saw worker give order to car in front of me. Drove to window waited, waited, waited no service. Saw workers talking inside no service. Honked horn several times no service. Waiting for 20 minutes no service decided to leave. 1 star should be 0. Bad service. Beware.
