I took my daughter and 3 grandkids to this place . The girl behind the counter ignored us , she was leaning on the counter on her phone . We were not greeted , I had to ask twice if she was working . She was very rude . She didn't smile , She ignored my grandson when he asked for a sample, She obviously didn't want to be bothered . She charged us 99 cents for 1 cherry , and 99 cents for a very small amount of sprinkles . It was a very bad experience for the little ones and for me . I paid just over $16 for 3 separate scoops of ice cream. The ice cream freezers contained old looking ice cream , lots of unopened ice cream containers , the store was not clean . I called Baskin Robbins , no help there . When I called the store where this happened, Jonathan the "manager" told me he couldn't give me the store owners name. So Jonathan said he would have the storeowner call me . That never happened. I will never take my grandkids back to any Baskin Robbins , if I could give it a 0 rating , I would . Very disappointed.

First time here, wanted to get a waffle cone and she couldn't scoop the ice cream because it was frozen ??♀️??♀️ she tried like 4 different ones. I had to get something else which for me it wasn't that good ?? Not coming back to this location.

These new flavors are sooo good! Cookie mobster was fantastic and the oreo cold brew was to die for! Definitely glad I stopped in!

I'm being picky here, I LOVE pistachio almond ice cream. FAVORITE & only one I eat is there. We went last nite & the tub was COMPLETELY empty. I asked didn't they have another tub & was told it was frozen solid, couldn't scoop it. Seems to me when you get 3/4 of the way down you take another out to start thawing. And there were 3 people there, not like 1 person working. Just VERY disappointed.It was clean, the people were very nice. Just, when you go out of your way to go somewhere for a specific one, it would have been nice cause it could have been avoided. And am always told it's one of the favorites there.

Use to come here often but unfortunately we stop coming. This place started becoming real dirty, unorganized, cockroach's all over, They never seem to have Waffle cones/ bowls and when they serve you a scoop of ice cream it's like they use the kiddos scoop. I truly don't recommend this location especially when it's super hot inside, their air conditioner hardly works and makes you feel lightheaded.

It’s 8:45pm on a Saturday night and they are closed. There are a handful of associates cleaning and ignoring the three cars that have pulled up in the last five minutes. The store hours are open until 10pm. Come on. Unacceptable. It’s my girls birthday and I can’t even get her ice cream.

Don't order from here using DoorDash they get your order wrong. I ordered a 3 scoop and a 2 scoop and the flavors were wrong. ALSO on the 3 scoop I ordered, they only gave me two. Drove to the store and they told me it was because they were out of the flavors. Is there no way for them to contact the customer to ask them what they want if they're out of the flavors??? Were they just expecting me to be okay with being charged for 3 scoops when I only received 2?? ?
