They closed earlier than stated and I even called before hand to verify the time that they close. I called when I arrived before the closing time and she said she closed the registers already even though it wasn’t even closing time yet. I normally love this place but this was very frustrating being told they close at one time and I show up before that time and they already closed the store.

Had the most delicious toasted coconut and cherry danish from here yesterday. Cannot stop thinking about it.

I’m a regular customer and lately the products I’ve purchased are not pleasant to eat. Croissants were underbaked on the inside and chewy on the outside. Whoever made these needs more training!! Way, way too much butter was used. And the bear claw was the same. Not worth the calories and the cost. I’ll be taking a break from purchasing until they get their act together.

If you're new to El Paso, I'm afraid to give you the bad news that almost none of the bakeries here are good and frankly are mediocre at best (El Paso has absolutely fire Hispanic cuisine but for some reason, has so many disappointing bakeries). If you want a decent bakery, I'd say Bella Cora is your best shot in this entire area (I tried eating at different local bakeries here only to be met with disappointment at just how awful or mediocre the quality of their pastries turn out). The sourdough bread here is the best in the entire area, especially their jalapeño-peanut sourdough (fair warning that they only serve sourdough on certain days). As for the other pastries like the creampuffs, they are alright although I was very confused as to why their almond croissants don't have a nice layer of almond cream in them like the NY patisseries do (at best, it's just a croissant with sugar and almonds on it - not a proper almond croissant that has rich, nicely layered almond cream inside). The service was decent here, and if you're looking for some good bread in El Paso, I recommend Bella Cora.

My little loves their macaroons. You guys can thank the lady bug cartoon for us becoming customers. Lots of delicious baked treats and breads. I bought some maple bacon scones. Delicious. Hours are limited though.

I love their pastries. Went in to see about ordering a custom cake a couple of weeks ago for my daughter's baby shower. The nice young man said baker was not in and he'd have them call us. My daughter tried getting ahold of someone to order but no one would return her calls. We finally had to move on to another bakery who took our order the same day we called.

I have to agree with the other reviewers about the decline in quality since the bakery was sold. I had the most delicious lemon meringue cake a few years ago from here so I was pleased to see it was still available via online ordering same ingredients listed and everything. First they lost my order. I wasnt upset bc i had to postpone my celebration anyway. The problem was they substituted one of my favorite ingredients without getting my consent first. They replaced the lemon curd with lemon frosting which I hate. This is especially strange bc lemon curd was in the description for the online order. I called and said I'd like a refund the cashier needed to speak to a manager so I called back later. No answer. No voicemail. So we emailed them still no response. I don't really care about the $50 I literally threw away I'm just really disappointed in the drastic decline in quality and customer service.

I use to love this place when it was under the older management. I went in the other day, lady was rude and just the quality has honestly down. I threw all my desserts away. No bueno

Very quaint little bakery located in the shopping area of Joe Battle. Super cute and cozy inside with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to do some laptop work or Bible study! Super delicious bakery items 😍
