Please update your hours! I like this place and don’t want to leave a bad review but I dropped by this morning at 9:09am 1/17/26 and it was closed even though the hours online and on the door say open.
Hopefully they open up again soon
Products are good but their inconsistent hours of operation make them (annoyingly) unreliable.

I’m a regular customer and lately the products I’ve purchased are not pleasant to eat. Croissants were underbaked on the inside and chewy on the outside. Whoever made these needs more training!! Way, way too much butter was used. And the bear claw was the same. Not worth the calories and the cost. I’ll be taking a break from purchasing until they get their act together.
I didn’t know when I woke up this morning that I would be compelled to write a review about the best apple fritter I’ve ever put on my mouth but, here we are.
I’ve been to Bella Cora many times. Usually I get one of the sourdough loafs if there are any left. You see, sourdough drops on Thursdays and I only go to Bella Cora Bakery on Saturday mornings when my kids are at music lessons. I’ve had the scones, the macaroons, the breakfast toasts that have green chile, egg and bacon before, but I don’t remember having a fritter.
Let me tell ya, this fritter looked like what a fritter should look like. Picked out the two most majestic looking apple fritters and when I got home-wow.
Crispy on the outside and with a flavor!! Oh Em Gee!! The flavor!! And texture! And inside yummy doughy, sweet fluffiness!! I tell ya, BEST apple fritter I’ve EVER had in my life. Now if only I could convince the owner to make ciabatta…… 😉
Someone suggested this place to me and it didn’t disappoint. I basically got one of everything. Next time I’m trying the bread for sure.
Best bakery in town!
I know the home town legends: Bowie, Gussie’s, Greggorson’s…. Those are great, too…. for cakes, and everyday treats, but Bella Cora provides the city with edible art.
From the seemingly simply butter croissant made to flaky perfection to beautiful fruit tarts that are almost too pretty to eat.
A must.
A couple of seats available inside and coffee served, too.
Thank you for expanding our palette, Bella Cora!

The ambiance for this bakery was really nice. The employees were very personable and kind. The variety of options was great, and the prices are not to crazy. The taste of the blueberry scone was amazing! This is definitely one of the best bakeries, if not the vest, in town!
Sadly, not what it used to be.
Not all goods made bt the bakery.
I don't know when people can buy something to review; this place is closed every time I pass by. What happened to the old time bakeries, up and baking at 4 am, selling at 7 to everyone going to work.
I love I adore them. Its unique flavor... reminds me of eating a Macaron like in Paris. They are unique in their flavor...their giant sizes of Macaroni are one hundred percent recommendable compared to the Madeline (very small...)
