It is a simple place with very delicious food. I had been there before to taste the Venezuelan tamales (Hayacas), I wasn't a fan. This time, the owner recommended I tried the petacon, which is like a sandwich with plantain instead of bread. It was delicious. The pork was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The arepa tumba rancho was also an excellent choice with the chicken. The tequeño and empanada we started with, were very tasty. The food takes a long time to get prepared, but that is because he makes the food as it is ordered. It was worth the wait. We will definitely come back.

I love love LOVE this restaurant. The food is delicious, super well prepared and so far nothing I order is out of stock. I have had to go to other Venezuelan food restaurants that tell me I don't have empanadas, I don't have dominoes, I don't have chicken... and I'm like, aaaah well, you better tell me if you have hahaha. I love Bien Me Sabe Bien Me Sabe Bistro. Just today I went because I was having problems communicating with the store and when I arrived, thank God it was open and my order was almost ready. They always greet me with a smile and they even gave me a little chocolate (Snickers) just because. I highly recommend it.
