BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I had such a lovely evening with my boyfriend. It was so relaxing and the food was great. The waitress that helped us was so sweet and helpful. It took a little while for our beers to get to us but the food made up for it. All in all I would recommend this spot!

Went in to celebrate my friends birthday. The host was very friendly. However took about 10 minutes to get greeted, and when our server approached us tried to take our order right away and we weren’t ready. After that we didn’t see her again for a while! We were sat by the bar and we noticed she had a big top so we were trying to be patient but we had to ask the host for boxes & then ended up scanning the QR code to pay because she never came back. She wasn’t horrible, she was nice when she was there but not attentive at all. Never checked on us, maybe saw her like 4 times in the hour and a half we were there. Wish I could mention her name but I can’t even remember it.

Sat in the bar area and received the worst service. My drink took 15 minutes to arrive at my table after ordering it, I know it was not the bars fault as it was sitting there waiting to be taken to my table. The manager also took food to our table but said not one word to us. Completely unprofessional and rude. First time coming and will be the last.

We came here for a birthday dinner last night and everyone was so dissatisfied with their food. All our veggies were undercooked and bland. I ordered the pork chop and rice pilaf and both were bland and the rice was overcooked. Even my pomegranate margarita was terrible. I have never had such a bad experience here but the kitchen was just off I suppose. I know it was a busy night but it was such a disappointing visit.

Have dined here many times, and not been disappointed. The lunch specials hit the spot, and the menu variety is excellent. Great food, combined with excellent service provided by Carlos L! We always try to sit in Carlos’s section, he takes great care of us. 5 stars!

We visit BJs regularly and are very satisfied with the service and the food! Carlos Lopez is one of the best servers there! He’s always in a great mood and remembers our drink order. The staff is great and the food never disappoints!

I ate spaghetti and meatballs last night. The spaghetti sauce was bland and the meatballs tasted like wet bread. Nasty is the best way to describe the meatballs. We also ordered Calamari. There were more breaded crumbs than actual Calamari. El Paso restaurants never fail to impress me as how good they are at making bad food.
