Food is absolutely delicious! Love their fluffy pancakes. This time around, our waitress made our dining very enjoyable. Ana, was very attentive, she was impressively swift on a busy morning, and was knowledgeable about the menu. Her warm, friendly demeanor and impeccable manners turn a simple meal into a memorable occasion.

Really rather disappointed in the food. Frozen tenders & the fries were mushy. Wanted to love it but just couldn't.

I've been to funerals with a better atmosphere than this place. Was there for dinner and breakfast. Dinner took for ever to come out and when it did it was cold.
Breakfast was worse. Stephanie and Erica had the worst attitude I've seen at a black bear. You can tell they have miserable lives and they trade new hires with the same attitude.
I would recommend firing the entire staff bringing in a new GM and hanging a sign outside that says under new management and we are happy now. What a let down! I travel for a living and frequent BBD all over the states where they have them. I will definitely avoid this one like the black whole it is.

I previously had a negative experience at this diner and I am very pleased at how quickly the issue was addressed and corrected. I had the pleasure of speaking to Fidel, the general manager. It was very clear that he cares about his employees and even more about his customers. He had us come back for a complimentary meal, which he did not have to do. During our visit today, we were reminded why we absolutely love this establishment. The manager on duty, Erica, was so kind and attentive. Our waitress Savannah was amazing. She was sweet, attentive, respectful and always had a smile on her face. Our food was, of course, delicious. Thank you, Fidel, for making it right. We can't wait to go back!
Food was delicious, food was excellent. Come on an empty stomach because portions are very generous.

Went it to do breakfast with my kids today and had the worst experience! We waiting 2 hours then my server said it was going to be 15 more minutes. We picked up and walked out super disappointed that I wasted two hours of my life today. I will not return because of today’s experience. The key is communication and giving customers a heads up on delays.
