Food was delicious, food was excellent. Come on an empty stomach because portions are very generous.

Went it to do breakfast with my kids today and had the worst experience! We waiting 2 hours then my server said it was going to be 15 more minutes. We picked up and walked out super disappointed that I wasted two hours of my life today. I will not return because of today’s experience. The key is communication and giving customers a heads up on delays.

First of all, it took forever to get sat and we didn’t even get told HOW LONG it would take they just wrote our name down. Second of all, The food took forever to come out it’s like she forgot about it. Then about an hour later she comes back and says it’s going to be LONGER! because the eggs were “bad”. Our server showed no care for us so we just ended up leaving because I’m not waiting another hour for the food to be bad. Never coming here again. Be better.

Ordered Avocado on toast, took sometime to get order. I habe ordered this dish before and this time is was avocado spread thin on toast. Could not scrape avocado off the bread it was so thin, whats up with that?Had to ask for some actual avocado and it seemed like it was asking for to much. Cant say y'all where busy because I seen a booth with 3 people get up and leave because no one attended to them and almost lost another for the same reason. I noticed that since the manager returned everyone started to put a pip in their step. I drove out of my way to have a meal here, I dont think I be doing that again. 👎

Very disappointed with This location. Server told me "holding tables" other words no service. I have been coming to Petro for over 35 years, Las Cruces NM truck owner and now this is the service for trucker's
..seems like they prefer to accommodate non driving customers than truckdrivers.
I have over seven million views on this site .. Trucker's don't waste your time here, plenty of fine eating establishments close by.
Another corporate greed and woke mentality from British Petroleum...go figure... America First! 100 truck outfits done with Petro El Paso TX.

Took to long to serve order, missing sides and an entire meal. my kids an i finished our food and my wife still hadn't received her meal. We didn't received the side orders until after we ask for our check. No explanation on why the missing meal or why the sides did not arrived with the meals. eggs undercooked. It was our second time here to see if, the first time experience was just a fluke, but the service has not improved much from our first time.

This place is by far the worst black bear in the country. had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even come over and when you tell them what you want they come back 30 minutes later as if they didn't take your order already. The petro should've stuck with the iron skillet at least the staff was better in all aspects.

No idea why every one of your locations has a jukebox if you can't hear it. Is it just decor??

Too many stupid locals can’t even eat anywhere else need to swarm a truck stop. Truckers be aware you will be waiting an hour for food minimum

Management Erica thinks that she can write this Texas state laws on what a service animal can and cannot do in a restaurant was denied service at the El Paso, Texas truckstop in the Petro Erica. The manager thinks that she runs the place. She didn’t realize their laws regarding service animals. I’m a vet handicapped and use my service animal as a mobility device. We have eaten there many times in the past when she’s not on duty overall, the food is good. The rest of the staff is amazing, but the manager needs to learn her job.

First time going here and won't be back , at least at this location. It was a long wait to be seated , and no front staff attending or available to take names to put on the waiting list. After being seated by the host, out waitress came and placed our drink orders. We received them 20 minutes later. We then ordered our food. We waited about 45 minutes for our order to arrive. The food was very poor quality in preparation. Burned grilled cheese made with fake cheese. Chicken strip and fries meal had one chicken strip on it and about 20 fries. Grilled cheese plate was overloaded with fries. Eggs for chicken fried steak were raw. Our waitress never checked on us the whole time we were there. We had to get up and get condiments from other tables, never got drink refills . The diner itself is cute and I love the theme. But I can't see spending over 60 dollars for inedible raw/overcooked food and poor service. Also in my experience it's not a disability friendly restaurant. Staff shouldn't be asking customers to move chairs/tables for them.

Absolutely gross. Eggs overcooked swimming in grease served cold. Potatoes so burnt it was like eating charcoal , also served cold. Toast smeared with rancid margarine. The only thing worse than the food was the service.
