We were sat right away. Our waiter took forever to get to us. Once he did he repeated the order about three times (which was hell annoying) This was my first time being there. He still didn't get order right when they brought our plates. We waited even longer to get our food redone. Our has browns were crunchy as hell. I don't understand why there plates are Soo huge.. once again I had to get up to get refill in drink since our waiter disappeared!! The quality of the food is NOT good. The food was not hot! You would think it would be after 30 more minutes of waiting since our food got returned and remade!! The service and wait is HORRIBLE! PLEASE DONT TIL THE WAITER IF THEY DISSAPPEAR ON YOU!! WILL NOT FO BACK THERE. TAKING MY BUISNESS ELSE WHERE! THANK YOU!!

I ordered an orange juice. I ask the waitress to be fresh. She gets mad, but they usually do is they squeeze the orange using machine and they let it sit from the morning. I asked her to give me a fresh one she goes. I have a couple of them already has been done and it’s fresh( which is not fresh). She did not understand the point. Waited get to order my food over 20 minutes.!!!

I was very disappointed the way me and my mom got treated by the manager here a tall lady who is missing hair . She was very rude to us . We sat at the bar which I visit every weekend to eat here it was my to go to spot . The lady was mad because we sat at the bar and there was a mess at the restaurant bar so we sat there and we were going to wait for them to clean and the lady kicked us out .

This bad experience ended before it started. Planned a breakfast morning for family before returning back home for vacation and depart that same morning. Wake up early, get ready, go to restaurant to put name on list at 8:10 and it’s now 9:10 and we are greeted “we were going to call you, to let you know we are adding more time to your wait” and now table is to be ready at 10:00. Find out that a table was given to someone within less than 10-15 min to someone else and we are told “ they just received food” . Why would someone put the name on the list if you won’t respect that? Over 60 min just waiting for nothing to happen. Y’all bad! We came to Cracker Barrel, instead. Much better service and food

If you're passing through El Paso do NOT miss this place.. man wow The food was top notch. Not the usual truck stop garbage but actual if your to dumb to stop eating you'll hurt yourself food. And there was PLENTY of it. The waitress Aaliyah was very professional and made sure everything was right. .. yep.. this place makes the list
Our server was Karissa we sat at the bar but we had a team of servers the team atmosphere the tone of each of your employees was authentic caring went on a very busy Sunday morning and to watch each and everyone help one another to give the customer the best possible service was incredible to witness. Great job delicious food, couldn't be happier 💖

I went after work to Black Bear Diner in El Paso, TX on Christmas Day. I went again on the 27th for breakfast. Out of the hundreds that were there on Christmas a young lady remembered that I had not gotten my pumpkin pie on Christmas and ensured that I left with it after breakfast. That is what I call phenomenal service. You can bet I will go there again.
