My sons and I went to Blake’s today on Edgemere and I tried the Blake’s chicken sandwich. My boys and I loved it!!! Can’t wait to go back Rick and the staff were awesome and gave us fantastic service… ?! Loved it .

Service was not good this morning. I placed an order to pick on my way to work and everything was fine. I get to window and see that there’s a customer ahead of me getting their food. Im literally right behind them and was not seen by the gentleman at the window. So I waited 5 minutes and nothing. I had to knock on the window and the drive thru team member opened the window and all he said was “ I did not see you, we do have a speaker you know”. At this point I was already upset and told him to forget my order and drove off. Not going back. I just can’l believe there is no sense of urgency.

I love the burgers here, they don’t disappoint, even though prices went up it’s worth it. Prices have gone up every where. I recommend the breakfast burritos, scrumptious. Blakes Onion rings oh yes, seasoned fries. The food is always made to order, the friendliness yet professional staff is awesome, rewards program is great. Love this place!

Nice place, staff friendly, got order right, food served hot and tasty ?. Good portions, I would definitely recommend and go back.
What a terrible experience this restaurant truly is. Employees doesnt really care about their job. Either they try so hard to look busy or straight up ignore the customers. There was only one guy in front of me and they manage to take almost 30 minutes to come out with my order. In my most humble opinion if you're craving a burguer head to Whataburguer or mcdonalds or even Sonic. This place clearly needs a rework or better employees.

Love the food but why is the manager so rude?? I wanted the New Mexico burger without hatch chile as well as a regular New Mexico burger and he didn’t want to let us order it like that?? Wanted to make us choose a different burger. Rushed my friends who were also in the car trying to do a separate order. Kept saying “Come on guys. Is that it?” Still put my first order in wrong only rang up one burger. Kept stating he was trying to save us money but recommended a completely different burger. Asked for manager and he said he was him. He said that we were on drugs and that’s why we didn’t know what we wanted or what we were saying. I don’t think that’s very professional. Asked for my money back and left. He said all 3 workers at the time couldn’t figure out what we wanted. 2-23-24 12pm Heavy set bald man. Tried calling for a higher ups number to make a complaint and it just goes to voicemail. I’ve come here many times before and ordered the New Mexico burger with no hatch chile and it’s never been an issue or even questioned till now.

This afternoon my friends and i went through the drive thru at this establishment for the first time. From the start the guy taking our order was rude and just trying to hurry us up and asking about our order with a lot of attitude as if he just wanted us to leave already. We pulled up to the window and he didnt even get half of our order right and had the audacity to say that he didnt understand us because we were “stoned”. I have never once been called “stoned” while just trying to figure out what i’m going to order. Unfortunately i wasn’t able to get his name but he was a big man who didnt look like he took care of himself. We asked for the manager and he proceeded to say he was the manager and what the problem was. We ended up just taking our money elsewhere due to the poor customer service and lack of comprehension. If i could leave a 0 star i definitely would.
