Fun little brewery making high-quality beer (including a US Open winner). I enjoyed a fruited option, and their hefe hit the spot. It's a bit tucked away in an industrial area, but worth the hunt. Friendly place.
Coming from Minnesota where there are so many breweries, I was very happy to have found Blazing Tree. The beers were great. I did a flight with War Boots, White Rabbit, Pecan Porter, and Pumpkin Spice Ale. Enjoyed all of them. Reuben was very hospitable and knowledgeable. I look foraward to coming back.
