I was very disappointed when I saw my tab for 2 margaritas. The price was much higher than I expected and when I asked the bartender she said that she always pours doubles and charges accordingly. I'm not a huge fan of tequila so was surprised I wasn't even asked. Additionally, I noticed the menu is missing prices on many items. I usually don't write bad reviews but felt like I should let others know about this.

I work in the airport at El Paso and I grabbed lunch here. Today I ordered chicken tenders and fries; my chicken tenders were burnt and the fries were cold and dry, also they put my food in a clear container that could barely hold the food. I can’t believe something so simple was messed up this badly. Bring back Carlos and Mickey’s please!

Let me start off by saying this....... I love El Paso, it's my city. I came here to say good bye to my family since I'm military. I just got nachos and the let me say this, the cheese was in chunks. I saw another lady saying that her burrito was not good. The time I waited for me to be helped was around 10-15 minutes. You can tell they are under staffed. Will never go back to this place.

Server gave us a hard time, gave us the wrong item , then when they did it wrong again lied about the contents of the food. Very unprofessional how can we trust them if we have food allergies. Very poor quality service. Also the food is Mediocre I'd recommend to eat somewhere else never eating here again

Came here a little over a month ago. Love the barbacoa salad. The barbacoa was tender and juicy but not too greasy.
Service was really slow because a couple of servers were not in attendance and a huge group came in. Maybe this was just growing pains as the place seemed like it recently opened.
The food was still great though. And cheaper than most airport restaurants. Definitely will stop by again when in ELP.
Second time here, my mistake. Food is pretty bad.
