They got my order completely wrong. I went back, thinking it was my fault and it only got worse. My first experience was amazing but this time ruined it all 😞

Chicken was ok but french fries had obviously been under the heat lamp for a while…..old and gross. The cashier needs a lesson in friendliness or put her on the cook line.

Everytime I've been to boss my food has been consistent and really good I love the El Jefe combo and their cherry coke is really good and their custard is phenomenal I would recommend bringing someone new to el paso here or someone that has not been

Well sorry I ate most of the food before I thought to write a review. I normally don’t write reviews because, no reason in particular I’m just not that type of person. I felt compelled to leave a review today because I’ve had such a pleasant experience. It was my first time at BOSS chicken, id heard mixed reviews and decided let’s try it out. I ordered the big boss combo and substituted the fries for chilli cheese fries because my back is as big as it gets. I had an issue paying for my meal. My card would not swipe, and doesn’t have a chip. I also didn’t have any other cards with me and for some reason Apple tried to put me on a diet and didn’t let use my Apple Pay. I was about to just walk out and figure out what was going on with my Apple Pay, when the cashier tapped her card and paid for my meal. She refused to let me reimburse her, would not give me her cashapp, and refused any cash reimbursement. The place was also very clean which is one of the first things I take notice too when I eat in a restaurant. I can seriously be a real Karen when I feel like an establishment is dirty. This is where we eat, I don’t wanna hear it from no one. When I got the food, as a huge canes fan, I’ve been converted. The chicken was juicy and the food was hot just like I love it. The BOSS sauce kinda tasted like canes sauce but without the strong mayo taste. The meal was so good as you can see from my picture I inhaled it in 4 seconds. They have so many tea options including coconut and mango tea! I had such a wonderful experience at this establishment that I said there is NO WAY I don’t leave a review. I feel most people leave reviews when they’re angry (I am guilty of this) but this experience was so pleasant that I just had to let everyone know. There is just something you know is going right when an establishment hires crew members that meet what you expect to be excellent customer service and it seems boss does just that. I will be returning to BOSS chicken, and to Yazmin the cashier that paid for meal, thank you. You’ve created a memorable experience for me and that type of kindness will take you places. Never change, and may you continue to be blessed in your life. #YESTOBOSSCHICKEN

Went inside to order and the lady at the front was rushing me
I ordered 2 boss combo with no salt on the fries
I look at the receipt and it says no toast and extra fries. I told her I wanted toast but no salt on fries
They set my chicken to the side and finished all the orders that came after mine. I ordered original and got extra spicy on both and after waiting 20 extra minutes my food is cold. And wrong. Couldn't eat it! Was way to spicy. Guess I wont go back anymore

The people in here are rude and have sub par customer service. The chicken was mushy. But for sure it not being busy and getting treated like I was an inconvenience was for sure what made my visit unsatisfactory. More training is needed it was pretty ghetto.
