Shrink-flation has struck here also. The fries are now served in a little boat carton. My Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was good but lacked buffalo sauce and ranch - minimal sauce. Choice of soda, teas and limeade still great 👍

2nd time eating at BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard. Last time I got the BOSS combo. This time I got the El Jefe combo. Tenders were great. Fires were excellent but that chili cheese dog. The chili cheese dog was the best chili cheese dog I've ever had. And one thing not to forget, the chili and cheese on the dog was perfect. Most places put too little of chili and too little of cheese. This chili cheese dog didn't have too much or too little. It was just right. I'm team El Jefe when I want a combo full of options but Team BOSS when I want that simple and clean chicken/more protein meal. This location is really nice. You won't see customers until they come to the dining area. Nice set up. Business in the front, eating in the back (dining area).

Idk what this location does different to their bread and tea but it’s gross compared to the Sean haggerty location. Definitely should skip this place and go to the location a couple miles up the road. The young lady and gentleman who took my order and gave my food were very nice. Just the food isn’t that good here. The spicy tenders even when you request extra spicy have barely any season. Bro I’ll pay for extra spicy just give me what I want. Sheesh

the person in drive thru around 4pm yesterday 9/3 was rude, i get it its fast food. but don't give attitude when you didn't hear or get the order right. instead of apologizing she just gave more attitude at the window. if you're going to work fast food at least act happy

Every time i go to this location and interact with Nikki.. its a great experience. She's friendly, kind and helpful. She really goes above and beyond. And frankly she's the only reason I still give boss my money.

And that is because.....There is a female manager there that is rude as can be. She wears a red shirt and has glasses.....She doesnt acknowledge customers at all. She will look right at you then walk away and ignore you. I saw her swinging on some equipment the other day and basically doing very little to no work while the place was very busy. I also saw hey bring out a plate of food to someone, and just drop it on the table and walk away without saying anything to that patron. We can hear her yelling at employees in Spanish. She Acts very entitled, and makes us feel like she looks down her nose at customers. I think she fails to realize that she is employed BECAUSE of customers. I've been going to boss all over the city for years and have already complained about this person and gotten no resolve. Will most likely stop spending my money here due to one rude person. If boss doesn't think that they need to hire friendly courteous people then maybe they don't need my money. There are other places that would treat customers better.
