The place could be cleaner, especially the tables. They don't have complimentary water cups. I like the other locations better.

Missing the boss fries upgrade I paid for and the chicken were pretty small which is surprising from my normal weekly experience I have here. Out of shakes at a custard spot so that was a little mind blowing.

Got the kids Sundays and they didn’t even mix the ingredients and the containers were half empty.

Their custard (ice cream) is almost cuisine-like from this particular location. I was surprised at the quality. Definitely recommend.

One of my favorite places to go to grab a quick bite to eat. Really close by me as well, so I definitely approve. Food is delicious.

I had come into boss a few days ago and a worker with thick dark makeup was very rude and impatient, she rolled her eyes at me and her tone made me feel so uncomfortable. I will not be returning because of the service that was provided. But tge food was fine.

I just got a carmel cashew large 🍨, large is 16 ounces on their menu, only to receive a couple small scoops in a cup that was 3/4th's full. I thought it might be part of shrinkflation but then the frozen custard was full of ice chunks. Maybe it was thawed and refrigerated and the poor kid simply didn't have the hand, wrist, and arm strength to gather up a full scoop. The carmel was grainy, like undisolved sugar. On a positive note, it came out fast. I definitely won't be returning. I really enjoy good frozen custard. Very disappointing.

Staff looked so sad!:( chicken had absolutely no flavoring, I got the 4 piece combo. The sodas and ice fantastic but the bread tasted like it was dipped in oil and not even warm. Fries were super soggy and overall not salted. The queso was bomb!! And quite frankly the tea’s all looked like urine🫠 overall first and last impression not great!

Good simple chicken and good sauce. My kids always ask to come here. The meals are filling and a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Kind of expensive, especially when some of the tenders are baby sized. I got one normal and the other one was like a half tender.
