BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard

Kind of expensive, especially when some of the tenders are baby sized. I got one normal and the other one was like a half tender.

Dirty gnats flying around the drink area and dining area. The one trash can was over flowing and the workers were just sitting around not cleaning up the area.

Rude. Female employee thought it would be funny to look at my wife stupid and act dumb instead of just saying that an item had been discontinued. Both female employees laughed as my wife drove off. Also this location is always forgetting to put ordered items in bag.

The online order for the 50 piece pack I put in two hours earlier apparently got to the restaurant order system when I walked in. They did offer a free drink while I waited for them to finish cooking the tenders.

The service at the drive thru window is amazing but when you order their speaker sound is so quiet that if I car is passing by you can’t hear anything at all. Only complaint. Food is always on point.

Use the drive through instead of going in if you don’t want to wait 20 minutes

Everytime i go they give small portions of chicken and mostly fries. Chicken was mid but fries were all wrinkly and old. Lady that took my order looked like she did not want to be there, not only that but she had airpods in while talking to me which was rude. Wont b coming again 🤦🏽‍♀️

I came to this location through the drive thru this evening. I got home to find my order was incorrect. While annoying, I have worked in the food industry and understand this happens and the location is close to my home so it wasn’t a problem to drive back. I get to the store and go inside, the female manager working the counter (who was wearing a name tag with no name on it?) doesn’t even look up or acknowledge myself or my partner. There was one kitchen staff member who did. The manager is right in front of us making ice cream sundaes- she doesn’t turn around once to even say a “I’ll be right with you” for a solid few minutes. And she had on her person what was CLEARLY a weed pen. (I don’t care what you do in your free time- but at work- you’re there to do a job) After she was done with the sundaes she comes to the counter- and ask what we’ll have- paying no attention to the food container and receipt I had brought to the counter. I explained what happened and she did fix my order, but didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience of having to come back or that the food was incorrect. I spent 10 YEARS as a restaurant manager and the lack of customer service or professionalism by the manager was appalling. And then she took the incorrect food back- which I didn’t want to keep- but again as I’ve spent so long in the food industry THAT IS SO UNSANITARY!! I really enjoy the food from this company but I will not be returning to this location where standards and practices are questionable and customer satisfaction is clearly unimportant.

This franchise is actually terrible now from incompetence in the employees to the quality of food. I have yet to find a restaurant that provides good service. Either it denying service because I’m pulling up at 9:59 behind a car, or a constantly incorrect order. I just hope something is done because this franchise used to be so good.

My first time to this location and it was very pleasant! My order came out fast and the staff was so friendly! Really awesome customer service, keep up the outstanding work, I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by in the Moring with my nursing buddies chicken was amazing and fresh and the staff was overall amazing great establishment will be returning again !!!!!!

Took 30 minutes after ordering to get my food where I was not given what I ordered and payed for asked for upgraded fries was given regular fries I figured if it would take 30 minutes to get my food it would at least be right.
