I genuinely enjoy boss chicken. But this specific location is not the best. We have ordered ahead on multiple occasions just for our orders to not be ready and fill our own drinks, mind you the drink we ordered was sweet tea and it tasted very old. It is very dangerous to be serving old tea. I’ll stick to the Dyer location from here on out.

Absolutely love this place, hence the 5 stars. However, I've noticed that the new formula for the coconut and mango teas have changed and frankly they taste awful now! I'm guessing it went from brewing by the batch to just adding in flavored syrups to the black or green tea base. However, the coconut just tastes plain bad and the mango syrup is way too sweet (at least in the sweet green tea version, maybe i should try unsweet?). Not to mention it doesn't mix well so the first sip of the last two I ordered was straight syrup... I love the food and service but I'm not sure if this change is for the better!
