Buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome, lots of sauce. Also had to try the chili cheese dog, it was good but could have used a little more chili. Great little place for lunch. Stays busy.
Brenda, who claimed she was the manager, was very rude and disrespectful while taking my order. I didn’t even finish speaking before she cut me off and rushed me to complete my order. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I let her know that after many times ordering food from Boss Chicken, this was the first time someone had ever been that ride. I let her know that she needs to work on her professionalism and patience. With her attitude, she does not belong in customer service. I don’t feel she is a great asset for Boss Chicken.
The only complaint I have is that they take a long time to serve you even though they see you arrive and no one comes to serve you

BOSS chicken is really good. I like that it’s simple options for the chicken tenders: lemon pepper, spicy or regular. They are all good, I like the bread they provide with the meal.My favorite drink is the Coconut iced tea, it tastes so refreshing. I’ve been to a few locations and they all provided good food and service.I’m not happy that they’re centrally located in El Paso, I hope they expand their locations.

Boy, have they downsized the tenders! Like they cut one tenders in half to constitute an order. It's ashame delicious food.
