Buffalo Wild Wings

Dining in is usually fine, good food and service. Take out can be hit or miss. Multiple times out order has been wrong, they'll fix it, but by the time that is done, your food is cold, and its an annoying inconvenience.
We have also noticed for take-out that the food sometimes isn't as good, less seasoning, less fries, when you leave a small tip. It could just be a coincidence, but it's happened multiple times

So, they took like an hour to give us our food, and when it finally came the wings were entirely cold. Just a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend it. They were fair enough to just charge us the drinks.

Question...I ordered on Monday and I wasn't told about the bogo deals so We need TO mention it or it's all regular cost??

The most terrible place in the world for attention 20 minutes waiting the empty place they have no staff. I don't recommend it, it's unpleasant

I really liked the flavors in the wings, a little disorganization, they took the wrong order but when I left it they were good, they were just different sauces than the ones ordered, a margarita was ordered, good flavor, attentive staff. Nice for a meal in company, enjoy your stay. Even though my company had too much to do with it.

Parking: It was easy for me to find a place as soon as I arrived, Sunday at noon.

I have always received a nice greeting upon entering the restaurant. However, one thing to make sure to focus on is helping the customer after paying and bringing out their takeout rather than focusing on another task and making them wait for employees at the register. One lady seemed to be bothered that I interrupted them from getting her change so the front desk employee could get my takeout. That lady looked at me like I asked for a horrible question. In my opinion, I have always loved B-Dubs, and this will not affect me from going back, just maybe customer service needs to be retrained. The 3 stars are because the fries with my order were extremely cold and were not very easy to chew. However, the wings were perfectly made.

We ordered takeout and oh surprise, they smelled burnt oil, old oil, the boneless ones without any chicken, the cauliflower super soaked in oil, they ruined our last dinner with the family, I won't return to BUFFALO WILD WINGS 😢 they are good wild 🫤

They served our food to the people next to us and they ate off the plates and without a care once they said it wasn't their food the waitress brought it to us.

Overall pleasant place to grab a bite to eat, service has always been good when I have visited. Typical American bar food menu, but great for watching sports games or fight nights.

The songs were lukewarm, the fries were average. The mozzarella sticks were good and steamy though. Service seemed to take a while, server was trying her best and I appreciate it but when we asked for a second plate and napkins we had almost finished eating before we got them. I think paying nearly 30$ for 12 wings, mediocre fries, and mozzarella sticks without quick service or food time is a little steep.

Recently went for their Free wing promotion held for veterans with my dad and it was one of my worst experiences in a BWW in a minute. First, parking was terrible never have I seen a place so packed and it was mostly because of the nearby locals taking up the space. Their service was terrible and we were served our wings after 3 tables had came and left. And not to mention the floors looked quite filthy considering it was happy hour. The only good points this restaurant earned were because of the restrooms. We waited for a total of 46 minutes just so the waitress gives us an attitude. And to top that, my dad got really impatient to the point where he was asking me if i wanted to go elsewhere which I should’ve done considering yall don’t really see priority on those who only come for free wings.

Awful service! Server Valerie took 15 minutes to even greet us while walking by us multiple times! Was not attentive at all! Wings were burnt!
