Buffalo Wild Wings

I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Sienna. She was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. Sienna had a friendly personality that made the meal even more enjoyable, and she handled our table with efficiency and a smile. Her great service really stood out and made the visit memorable. I’d definitely come back and ask for her again

Went there with my husband and had a good time! Really enjoyed my server, Sienna, she was really sweet and easy to talk to. Her recommendations were really good and her service was fast. I will definitely be coming back with a bigger party!

We placed a $48 pick up order from this BWWs. I was there slightly early to pick up the order, and they were very polite while we waited.

The food is what I am disappointed with. The fried pickles we ordered tasted like batter, and the pickles were cold, even though we were there early to pick them up and got our order on time. The fries all tasted cold and burnt with a weird taste, almost like they were cooked in dirty oil. Most disappointing of all is that I ordered a 10 piece honey barbecue wings and the kids meal in sweet barbecue, and they just gave us all sweet barbecue sauce, which I do not like at all. The burger was OK, and my son‘s macaroni was OK as well, but he said it was cold. The main disappointment was in the wings, fried pickles, and the fries. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon and after seeing the other reviews, I regret ever placing my order in the first place. $50 is a lot of money to spend on a dinner to end up this disappointed.

The boneless wings are really good! I just wish they were covered with a bit more sauce, but everything else was great

November 25, 1pm. Waited to be seated for 15 min at the front. When we got seated only 5 tables were taken. Place was empty. No reason to wait. When we got seated we waited 17 minutes without being acknowledged. White customers arrived got sat and drinks right away. A white lady sat down and order taken immediately. Two more white men entered and sat down by us. As their drinks were brought and order taken we Hispanics got up and left. The waitress/ manager was the one attending them white people. Yet never came to take any order. I asked to speak to the mng . The mng Stephanie stated she was the mng yet totally avoided us. Sad that mexican/Hispanic are not in the same category for attention. Will be calling corporate so other races don't feel left out . Very unacceptable

I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and lately I had been pretty disappointed, slow service, cold food, and overall not a great experience. But this visit was different. The food actually came out hot and fresh, and the service was surprisingly good.

The only downside was the condition of the place. The seats were really worn out, and the whole restaurant could definitely use some upgrades.

Came to Buffalo Wild Wings here in sunland, very disappointed, I come here pretty often and the service was terrible. Had to wait 2hrs to be seated, while the cashier was attending her boyfriend knowing there was customers needing to be helped. They forgot about us when we were seated, they waited 20min to get a waiter because the hostess forgot, all while the servers kept passing by our table and didn’t offer assistance. Overall very disappointed.

Went for Veterans Day! They were lacking on servers but that didnt not effect the service at all. 10/10

Food was really good. Service not so much as it took quite awhile for us to be seated then another while for us to be served and have our order taken. Otherwise good food is waiting for you here.
