We had to leave because they didn’t have some high chairs for kids.. like seriously. We asked if we could at least move to a booth and they said No because once they assign a table they can’t move the guests.

Worst experience I have ever had, I spent over 45.42 just for some small and cold wings, worst mozzarella sticks, dishes were nasty and had left over food on them, the place had food and wrappers all over the floor, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR EXPERINCE! Thank you if you Listened.

30 minute wait because the servers at 5pm are coming hung over late. Ontop of that its Sunday afternoon and they don't have any chicken for sandwiches. Really?? You're a chicken establishment and you have no chicken SMH. I will never consider Buffalo wild wings to eat again.

Arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings on 3/5/2024At 9:00 pm.Received terrible service.Got the appetizer which looked awful, old.Upon walking in there is a terrible smell that reaks of spoiled eggs.Lost my appetite almost immidiately.Waiter only came by once and never came back and waited over 20 minutes for a random waitress or cook to speak to.I won’t be back…

Young lady in the gray shirt and answering the phone was WONDERFUL, top notch service to the older gentleman that was hard of hearing. The hostess seating the walk ins and pick up orders, whole different demeanor. I would give her name but her name tag was covered by her hair.

Went this past Friday 1/26/24.we usually go every week. Group of 4 sat at the bar area. From the start it took about 15 minutes for someone to come assist us. Ordered our food and drinks, took about 15 minutes for us to get our drinks that were sitting on the bar table. Got our foot 30 minutes later. When I got my wings they were cold as with my fries. 3 of us got our food. Still was waiting on 6 pc wings and our waitress to come. 20 minutes later. Still nothing got up added for a manager to tell him the situation. All he has to say. It’s our policy to bring food out when ready. So we all had to eat at different times and still got cold food. Keep in mind we were missing 1 order. Manger went back and brought out the wings we were missing in 1 minute. They also took my wings that were cold back to double fry them and throw some sauce on them. After that we never saw our waitress. Paid with the barcode

Beatbox Beverages just released a BWW cocktail menu in states like Arizona and California! Would love to see this in Texas! I’m forever drinking BeatBoxes. Would love those drinks with a few wings too :)
