Do not place a to-go order, it will not be ready when scheduled. We placed an order at 630 for pick-up at 7. Our food wasn't ready till 740. They kept saying it will be ready in 10 minutes. This is the second time this has happened. We will never order from them again.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She made sure our food was HOT and our drinks were ENDLESS. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had!

Ordered the 20 boneless wings and dear god they over cooked the lemon pepper ones until they are crisp chunks. Can’t taste any of the seasoning.
Update all of them are hard as a rock, I’m stabbing them with a fork and yea broke the first plastic fork

First timer Customer here. I ordered 15/15 pieces mixed up with fries, carrots, and celery. The place was packed, so we got it to go for just the two of us. We ate on that 1 order for the next 4 days at dinner time. So it was well worth it!

I've been here 4 time trying and trying to give it a chance! What's wrong guys. Always short handed took over hour to get our dinners. It was are go to place for family events and it still is we have tried to give it a chance over and over again. Anyways I always tip EXCELLENT I belive in that. Hope you guys get better

I ordered their chicken wings and fries. As always they were pretty good. But my favorite is the Cheese Curds. Those are amazing! If you like cheese sticks I highly recommend!
I really wanted to like this place, (or rather my first experience,) but unfortunately my visit was overwhelmingly disappointing.
From the moment we walked in, things felt off. We had to seat ourselves, and despite the restaurant not being at all busy, there was a noticeable lack of organization and urgency from the staff. As someone who appreciates the service industry, I understand that understaffed restaurants are more common than not, and take a lot of things with a grain of salt. Only four workers seemed to be running the entire floor. Hosting, serving, cleaning, making drinks at the bar, and likely even helping in the kitchen. It was clear they were stretched far too thin. Tables near us were dirty and unbussed for all of our visit, (even adding on top of them,) and service was extremely slow from start to finish. Our waitress was understandably upset.
The restaurant was advertising an appetizer special, but they were already out of 1 of the 4 featured items when we arrived. No apologies or alternatives were offered. That alone wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker, but the staff’s lack of communication made things worse. No one checked in on us after we ordered, and when I wanted to request something additional, (due to the lack of options available,) there was no one around to ask. If a waitress passed us, it was hard to even grab their attention because they were so strung out. There were obvious signs of dysfunction between the wait staff and the kitchen. The restaurant barely seemed to be holding things together. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, ever, especially when staff are clearly overworked, but this felt like a management issue more than anything. I wish those poor employees some slack or even a better opportunity elsewhere. Hopefully they can sort things out soon, but I won’t be returning. Instead of worrying about my bad review, worry about your overworked staff.

They were out of 1 of 4 options for the appetizer special, mozzarella sticks. There are no substitutions, and there was no care for it either. The server was somewhat friendly, but doing the jobs of about 5 people, so it wasn't great for the wait time or actual attention. Not her fault though, that's 100% on management. There were no bussers from what we saw either, with all of the dirty tables. The food was just okay too. Overall, I'd not recommend it, and I probably wouldn't go back.

Hostess look,apparently are lost,not very friendly...... we ordered bacon chile hatch burger, they forgot the bacon..then they bring it out ,fckn hard beef jerky,dammmm beer is not cold enough from draft and bottle.Music inside sounds muffled,not clear and crisp.The place looks so cluttered, tables are to close,can get out comfortably to go to the restroom. The place gives some kind of weird vibe.The Buffalo wild wings in Carlsbad NM is awesome...this one here,feel out dated and weird..... definitely will not be going again.First and last time
