This time I'm going to talk about the terrible way in which the manager according to her solved a problem today when I was going with my family to dinner. She doesn’t investigate the situation because I didn't see her ask about the situation that was happening to either of the 2 parties, she assumed and incidentally threatened that if we continued with our attitude she would ask us to leave the place. The other couple arrived after us, a couple of young people who pushed me on 3 occasions with the wall of the booth that was broken, we had no balance and both the boy and I said that we were pushing each other and it's uncomfortable to eat like that, I don't leave my house to see who I argue with but I don't like to be bothered either and even less when I’m eating, without more, the manager made it clear that the one with the attitude was her with her threat so I told her that I wanted to eat with my family that she needed to leave our table. I DON'T GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY WITH THAT MANAGER AND WITH THE FURNITURE THAT THIS PLACE HAS, WHICH CAUSES PROBLEMS AMONG CUSTOMERS. When I told her that she needs to fix the furniture for the customers, she ignored me. How horrible!!!!!

Diego my server either you did not want to be there or you just had a bad day. Please dont take out on others with poor service. The food sucked as well. The chicken honey ranch salad was drenched is sauce and was very salty. I was tired been on the road for over 10 hrs just need e d something open and quick. Diego was quick but that was it. Just came by asked and left. Not friendly or caring. I still gave a great TIP but I hope he does better. Thanks to the lady who dropped off the food they were sweet and asked if we needed anything else.

Fix the food quality and we will be back. I have not been to this place in years because I always have a terrible experience gave it another try and it was the same. They just dont care I guess.

Green Manager

We had a large order for a company and upon pick up they told us they did not have any cup holders for our 9 drinks that we had to just take them like that. Only one person was there to pick up, so how do they expect for one person to carry 9 drinks with out cup holders. Manager just said sorry they did not have any other way, so we asked for a refund or credit or something for the drinks and manager said no they cannot do that. We asked then if we can have the other bottled drinks and they refused, manager said it would mess up their inventory. So we did not get any drinks or any money back, this is very bad customer service. We usually order from here, but after this will never be ordering from here again. Very disappointing. They took the order and money right away but no kind of help as far as us not getting our drinks.

I placed my order through uber eats my driver waited over 1 hr for the food which wasn’t ready so I called to speak to a manager and the manager couldn’t come to the phone. It’s ridiculous that they couldnt give an estimated time for the food either.

Do not place a to-go order, it will not be ready when scheduled. We placed an order at 630 for pick-up at 7. Our food wasn't ready till 740. They kept saying it will be ready in 10 minutes. This is the second time this has happened. We will never order from them again.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She made sure our food was HOT and our drinks were ENDLESS. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had!

Ordered the 20 boneless wings and dear god they over cooked the lemon pepper ones until they are crisp chunks. Can’t taste any of the seasoning.

Update all of them are hard as a rock, I’m stabbing them with a fork and yea broke the first plastic fork

First timer Customer here. I ordered 15/15 pieces mixed up with fries, carrots, and celery. The place was packed, so we got it to go for just the two of us. We ate on that 1 order for the next 4 days at dinner time. So it was well worth it!

Gotta be the worst place to pick up To Go orders. Unfortunately service is always slow and employees are inattentive. Definitely not recommended, try Wing Daddy’s or Wing Stop better .

I've been here 4 time trying and trying to give it a chance! What's wrong guys. Always short handed took over hour to get our dinners. It was are go to place for family events and it still is we have tried to give it a chance over and over again. Anyways I always tip EXCELLENT I belive in that. Hope you guys get better

I ordered their chicken wings and fries. As always they were pretty good. But my favorite is the Cheese Curds. Those are amazing! If you like cheese sticks I highly recommend!
