We asked to pick up ourselves and our order was missing one fries, the chicken was super too small, and the wings were too small. super inedible fried foods, it never happens to us to eat there at the premises. Worse service in El Paso. Waited to be served 10 minutes. Waited for food over 10. Ordered appetizers and had to chase people for utensils. That took a while. Brought food little by little. Waited for everyone to get served. Poor service. With all the bad rating about the service, you would think the manager would change the culture. If this was my store, I would have fired the GM a long time ago. Attitude reflects the leadership.

The atmosphere feels kind of off somehow, like sterile, almost. Idk but the staff more than made up for it!! They’re great! Will be back.

Kid-friendliness: It’s fine for kids to be there but I usually go late when it’s more of a bar vibe
would go back for lovely fernanda, wouldn’t go back if my server was alexis again. alexis was very rude from the beginning making me uncomfortable and making my first time at buffalo wild wings not enjoyable, ms fernanda was the one helping us at the bar instead of our actual server and left fernanda alone to drown and i felt so bad for her and i appreciated every second fernanda helped us. Alexis should reconsider a different position or get a different job to where she wouldn’t need to speak to customers because her attitude is unacceptable and very rude. I did leave a review on the survey with more details but to say the least, i wouldn’t be going back to this location knowing that they hire staff who are rude and hate their job, and i would give fernanda a raise due to her amazing attitude and being a team player

This is the worst BWWs in the country. The service is always horrible and filled with apathetic teenagers who can't get a simple order correct. How can you give an order of nachos without the tostadas? This happens way too often. Plus, they never fill any of the containers, like nachos, for example, the way they used to. So frustrating.

The service was the worst we experienced in a very long time. Our orders kept coming out one at a time every 7-10 minutes. We were eight in our party! We didn’t get napkins or ketchup in a while. We asked for refills of our beverages and the server would forget. The food was dry, bland, and not what we expected from a typical wing place. One plate of wings literally had a PILE of lemon pepper on them. So salty! The music was SO loud we couldn’t even hear each other. It was our first time too. Never again!
I don’t ever tend to leave any reviews but this was just not acceptable. Never in my life have I ever had an experience where I immediately wanted to leave the restaurant. We came to the restaurant me and my family of 8 when we walked in they told us that our food was still not ready , when we sat the wings were cold , they had already messed up our online order as well, we did not complain because we didn’t think we would have any other issue , they brought out our drinks and they forgot one drink and didn’t ever bring it out until 10 minutes after that we had to ask which the waiter had given us attitude for asking . We asked for a menu and the waiter that was helping us took almost 15 minutes to get to us , eventually we got frustrated and asked someone else , we had to ask another waiter because of the lack of attention we received. The new waiter tried telling us that they were helping another party of more people , which was an excuse because the party she was talking about got there after us and was being helped by other waiters , Keep in mind there is no wait time because that is what our waiter told us that they finally had no rush . eventually our waiter came out to ask if we were doing okay . BUT only because he saw that we were talking to someone else . We came only one time this was our second time and definitely will be our last . We did not complain because we are not that kind of people we understand people can have bad days but we came in with a good attitude and still left a small tip even tho we didn’t receive any good service .

Gr8 place 2 stop and njoy eating lunch. Food was very delicious, proportions were very good. Svc was a bit slow being that the restaurant wasn't quite that busy.

Over all it was nothing special and mediocre, a good place to grab a bite to eat and some drinks with friends but dont expect much else. We got a server and table quickly but that's mostly the only good thing that happened while we were there. Food was okay but a bit plain and lacked some things for the price, service was not that great and over the hour we were there the server came by maybe twice and didn't even refill or ask us to refill our drinks. Atmosphere was pretty lacking aside from the obvious sport sided decor but floors and tables were quite messy for it being a slow afternoon.
