They spilled food all over me and didn’t even apologize. This place is a sad excuse for a Buffalo Wild Wings place. Don’t expect them to respect you.

Really really bad service. Never bothered coming and asking if I wanted a refill, when I went up to them and told them I want a refill they took forever to bring it I had to tell another lady that had passed by my table!! Also needed more ranch and called one of them saying “excuse me” he turned looked at me and walked away. Very disappointed never coming back to this location!

Service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for our waitress to finally bring us our drinks. I blame management. They had 0 cups, had to serve us from To-Go cups which had to hurt financially. Not sure what idiot is running this place but get help, you're clearly in the wrong business. Food was great though if you don't mind waiting forever.

Didn’t eat and they wait staff never acknowledged us after waiting for 10 minutes. Walked out and the manager said thanks for coming. No customer service here at all. I would give no stars here. Love the food. Don’t like the lack of attention. Sad times.
Walked in and we were greeted in spanish by the host.The last time I checked we are in the U.S. dont give me the excuse that we r a border town.Then the waitress said they did not have unsweet tea available..Not a friendly atmosphere so we left.Don't see us going back.

I love BWWs but we went today, place was pretty much empty, several open tables but we were told there was a waiting of 30 to 45 minutes. We add our name to the list and wait but people arriving after us were still getting seated before us. Very frustrating and disappointing.

It has been the second time they give me their old rusty celery sticks to go.. looks like they give the old ones to the carry out since they don't see em till they get home... once they gave nasty ones and they changed em.. but this time I can't since it's a 30 min drive..!! Nasty people.!!. You it see if you like it.!! ????

Waiting over an hour for food, especially after everyone else has finished eating, is unacceptable. It's disappointing that the manager was rude and didn't address the situation appropriately. It's important for restaurants to maintain cleanliness standards and provide prompt service to ensure a positive dining experience for customers.

Love the variety of sauces for wings! We tried 3 - I'd suggest to ask for extra crispy wings and the Asain Tzing & Hot Buffalo. Fries were a bit over cooked, almost like crouton fries... but dripped them in the extra mango habenero sauce to soften them! The Jamaican Jerk was OK, but probably not a redo.
