Unlike most Burger Kings, this location is petty with sauces and a cup for water. They charge for little things. 25 cents for a ranch or Buffalo Sauce and standard small cup price for a water cup.
Most Burger Kings are willing to provide these things as complementary items if you are willing to buy food from them.
Occasionally, I buy food from this establishment, but I primarily try to stay away.

Manage is a bootlicker for corporate charged me $2.29 for a small cup of water fill with an incredible amount of ice, awful human being to charge for a little cup of water.

I even ordered a cup of iced of coffee so I don't look a freeloader and she still charged every single time that manager has been nasty and I wish I had her name.

Wheelchair accessibility: None. There is no wheelchair ramp to get directly in and no automatic doors.

Person on the drive thru right now is rude. She has a really bad customer service. When I said how she doin when i got to the window and twhen i received my food and say thank u to her thenshe just stayed quiet. People like her dont deserve to be working as a customer service. Put her in the cook line or fire her

Tried going through the drive thru and the lady literally said someone ordered a huge order and she is understaffed and to come into the lobby? My husband offered to wait and she still said to come inside. My husband worked all day why would he want to come inside?W hat makes a difference if it's drive through or lobby? Very unprofessional
