Person on the drive thru right now is rude. She has a really bad customer service. When I said how she doin when i got to the window and twhen i received my food and say thank u to her thenshe just stayed quiet. People like her dont deserve to be working as a customer service. Put her in the cook line or fire her

Tried going through the drive thru and the lady literally said someone ordered a huge order and she is understaffed and to come into the lobby? My husband offered to wait and she still said to come inside. My husband worked all day why would he want to come inside?W hat makes a difference if it's drive through or lobby? Very unprofessional

The wait time and customer service at this Burger King location is one of the worst experiences that I can report. 10-23 minutes for fast food every time.
They seen the line was all the way to the end and allow people to sit and wait until they get to the speaker to order to tell them there is no beef products at this point of waiting 10-20 minutes in line and can't turn away what else can you do. They should have someone or a sign tell people this before having them wait??♀️

As of December 14, 2021, this restaurant is not open past 4pm. They have not updated their hours and will cause you to go out of your way just to find out they are closed. Avoid this restaurant after 4pm.
