I'm sitting here having a delicious lunch at Burger King on Yarborough My favorite burger is the double whopper junior with cheese. I had a delicious meal and I am watching the crew work very efficiently since it is Whopper Wednesday. Everyone is wonderful, but there is one exceptional young lady working diligently and keeping the operation running smooth. I see on her name tag. Her name is Patricia. I believe she is in management, and I just had to honor her work ethic with this review. To all the crew to date, keep up the good work, a job well done thank you.

I placed an order online for Drive thru pick up and my boyfriend picked up the order when he got there they told him there was no mobile order under my name, they made him wait 20 minutes and after they told him they were looking if there was an order made and still made him wait, my fries tasted old and stale. Bad customer experience ever.

This location has the worst customer service. If you order on the app, and if you want Coke Zero good luck, because according to the manager on shift, “this location doesn’t have Coke Zero”. According to the manager as well, “Diet Coke takes more priority”. This location is franchise and the franchise name is Ampler Burger. The employees who also work at this location, literally aren’t trained properly.

Every single time I order from here my order is messed up. I have to dispute with door dash EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ordered 2 chicken wraps and a cheeseburger. My son’s burger was MISSING of course. The sprite was FLAT and look at what they give you when you a “chicken wrap” what in the world? A small piece of chicken with a slice of cheese from a burger???
THIS LOCATION DOES NOT WORK WITH DOORDASH. Do not ever order doordash or accept orders from this location. As a dasher I was waiting 10+ minutes for an order while watching people inside walk up in line, order, and receive their food first. Absolutely no priority to dash orders
