We ordered through the drive thru and live 10 minutes away, but after getting home we were missing a burger out of 3 ordered. We called and spoke to a Danielle, a manager who said she needed to see the receipt. I drove back and presented the receipt and she studied it like I was not telling the truth. She did not apologize only gave me the burger. After I asked, if that was it, Danielle asked what do you mean? Common sense is to be more understanding and say let me make it right with a smile, even if you have to fake it. The inconvenience was making another 20 minute trip and disrupting our meal. I told her to take in cosideration the gas it takes to go back. She laughed and said they don't give gas money. Of course I know gas money is not given but I said it only to prompt her for a proper apology. At least throw in drink! She said I was rude and closed the window and walked away. Why are people hired who don't even crack a smile, and lack social skills? And to be a
manager ? Very digusted with them!!

The restaurant closed earlier than stated on their hours of operation sign on the door and on online. Wasted my time. Likely due to lack of staff.

12/6/2024 - whoever was closing shift closed the store when i arrived 10+ minutes before their closing time. Sure they kept the lights on, but just refused to take the order saying they were closed. Serve food during your business hours.
I think its fair for a higher up to know how their employees are doing.

This Burger King has the worst service every time I come. I go through drive thru, order 2 medium fries. I get to the window a lady with red hair and tattoos up her arms ( I didn’t get her name) tells me “what did I order?” Which I tell her then says oh “that’s right.” Then charges me and tells me to “wait by double glass doors that she will take them out to me.” Then I see her coming out to chat with someone outside stood a while chatting there. Me still waiting for my order, then see her go in and never came out to bring them. I had to go in and ask for them. I waited too long for just two orders of fries. Plus she never gave me a receipt either. It was like no one knew I was waiting outside for just two orders of fries. No apology nothing. Unprofessional
