Absolutely horrific service, we were given attitude by the person at the window, the person in front of us at the drive through got his order wrong and we waited a while and one of my daughters wraps looks like it was bitten into. Horrific!!!! Never again

I had a doordash pick up and they said that they gave the order to someone else. It was part of a stacked order and that cost me some money. I had to unassign the order.

JUAN AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WAS AMAZING. TRULY INCREDIBLE. HE HAD THE FRIENDLIEST ATTITUDE EVER, AND WAS SUPER FUN TO BE AROUND.

Clarissa a rude cashier doesn't know how to talk without being aggressive she doesn't need to be at a job where she doesn't clearly like it. Managers saw her talking the way she was and just kept looking. Gente pendeja.

Lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. Wouldn't let me talk. She kept cutting me off when all I was trying to do was make sure my order was correct as it was wrong on the screen. And then she made a snide remark at the window. So we left. Just drove away. That was a first and last time visit to this location.

My husband NEVER leaves reviews and he insisted that I make sure everyone knows that Juan is literally the best, nicest person he has ever encountered in fast food. He said that Juan should be a trainer or manager if he isn't.

The service and food are awful. After MANY times talking to corporate and managers. Nothing has been done. I gave it one more chance. My mistake again. Will not be happening again . Surprised it's still open. I ordered two bacon cheese burgers one came with out bacon and the other just with patty NOTHING else do cheese or condiments. My fries old and stale. The only thing right was the drink. ANYONE who reads this DO NOT GO. Down the street there is a subway and jack in the box. Just go there. I was going to return to change but wasn't even worth the effort. Threw away and got a subway sandwich.

I was a bit perplexed yesterday due to the extended wait at each drive thru station (finally had to go inside) and the 5-10 minutes disappearance of employees at each station. My best guess is that the guy working the drive-thru was also the cook, but that still doesn't explain why he couldn't charge my card at the window....

Super rude staff at this location. I purchased ice cream in cups over their app. When I showed up they gave us less than half a cup of ice cream and said that’s how it’s supposed to be served. The fries were half frozen as well.

What happened to this location? I moved last November and came back to this side and tried it. And it was…. Terrible. I asked for no mustard, received mustard. Asked for mayo and ketchup, received none. Asked for jalapeños, received none. Drinks were not full and there was no ice. $30 down the drain bc we didn’t eat it. You suuuuuuuck
Maybe more cleaning, adjust ac settings
