This place is a mess. They never get an order right and when you try to kindly get your order fixed, the fat manager will say she can't do anything as it seems this was not a mistake, even though the receipt says otherwise. She will attempt to up sale you by "replacing" your order and then mentioning your total? The manager is definitely not a smart individual and I assure you I am very patient when it comes to mistakes at fast food(I work in one). The employees will try to trigger a reaction from you by breathing heavily and moving VERY slowly, almost mocking you while they prep your order. The employees overall do no desire to work to put it in simple words. If you visit it's always slow, if you order here you'll know why. One star, the people here are just flat out rude and do not care.

I wish I can leave zero stars. The first thing I didn't like was the dirty tables, nobody likes eating on top of someone else's crumbs. The glass on doors has grease, please feel free to check it out for yourself. On top of that, our order was wrong and the fish sandwich didn't have tartar sauce or mayo.

Very bad customer service I dont recommend anyone to come and eat here. The manager is the rudest person and she wont fix any problems instead she will make it a bigger problem and get you in trouble.They all need special training specially the old woman called MRs. Chiuaua. She takes orders in the intercome and she is very rude. Please train your workers you guys have really bad reviews already and it seems like you dont care.but now I understand why its closing down soon because of very poooor service!!!

Been there multiple times. To say the food is atrocious in this "restaurant" would be an understatement. Almost none of the menu items are worth consuming. Meats are bland and leave a weird artificial flavor in your mouth (order a whopper or chicken sandwich without mayo and you will notice immediately). Breads have a rubbery texture, cheese tastes worse than shur fine sandwich slices, sausages are too salty and the bacon is 50% overcooked and 50% raw ( I thought something like that was impossible until I saw it). Service is okay at lunch or dinner, but is borderline incompetent during breakfast hours. They will mess up your order more than a Sonic at rush hour (even if you are the only customer in the drive thru and the dine in is closed). Poor customer service skills and tend to overcharge (check your receipts if you have to "eat" there).The only items worth consuming there are the nuggets and the frozen drinks (just for the texture of the drinks). There are plenty of options close to that location that offer better foods. If you are in a budget just go the walmart across the road and buy top ramen. It will be way better than almost anything this "restaurant" can offer to you. Avoid.

Absolutely ridiculous having to physically say whopper Wednesday. When I asked the little female about it she was all rude. We were told to wait at the first window until they said and we were there for about 15-20 minutes. The she-man at the second window waved its hand very snarky. Never coming back.

Omg it was horrible. I special ordered my burgers & they didn't do as I said. They had everything. Our bread for both burgers were harder then hard we couldn't bite into them. Won't go to that one again.

Just went through the drive through for a burger and onion rings. The onions rings were dry and hard as a rock. Next time, will ask for my onions rings to be made right then and there to make sure they are fresh. I suggest you all do the same. Bad service.
This is a bad Burger King period! Service is slow orders are either wrong or just messed up. Doesn't seem like this location should still be in business

Probably would not come back given all the other choices within 3 minutes. The employees were sluggish and offered no semblance of customer service. The store was slow and with this type of service I understand why. The store was also dirty and felt dated. Definitely not my first choice at all.

Went for lunch at 1 pm and noticed the Whopper Wednesday special for $4.99. Don't bother, you get what you pay for. Patty was dry and precooked sitting around waiting for someone to stumble in. That was the last time. Saw the sign across the parking lot at Wendy's for $5 bucks before I even got my order in the drive through. That's where I'm going next. Come to think of it, the fries looked brown and overcooked too and still not fresh. Most disappointing Whopper meal I've ever had and I love them. Didn't add my cheese or hold the tomatoe either. Must've grabbed it right off the warmer. The bun was also crumbling apart, not fresh either. Wish I'd taken a pic but I was in a hurry during lunch break. Don't have time for bad drive throughs. Never again...

I like burger king. The young lady on the intercom very much does not like customers. She had that "ughhh you're bothering me" attitude from the time i pulled up. Today is Thursday 4/28 and my order was about 4:30pm. She had me pull forward even though there was nobody behind me from the time i got there, to the time i left. Then when she brought out 6 burgers and 2 large fries, I asked for ketchup and ranch. She smiled and said she put ketchup, as if to she didn't hear me and didn't want to leave and come back. So i asked for some ranch. She was even more annoyed now. She returned with a single ranch. I will definitely take my business next door to freddy's. Sorry for being a customer?
