Josh and Kayla are the kind of managers that make you wonder if they secretly run NASA on their days off — that’s how smooth everything went. If good vibes and fast food were Olympic sports, these two would have gold medals by now!
Cold , but good.
The food was good, used application to order, to cut down on time, still took over 30 min to get my food. They had like 6 people, but still very slow service.
It's disgusting to go hungry for a burger and be served by such disgusting, unhygienic people. Today, I stopped by the lobby around 10 a.m. and was served by a man named Luis. I know it's often difficult to maintain good vocal hygiene, but the smell coming out of his mouth was as if something was dead inside him, so disgusting the food made me feel like I didn't eat it even though I'd already paid for it. I can't believe that in a place that sells food, you have people serving you with no regard for hygiene. I don't want to imagine how to make the burgers since apparently the chefs don't care about the restaurant's appearance because of that situation. I don't recommend going to that disgusting place at all.
I only go to the drive-thru at this Burger King on Zaragoza so I don't know about the atmosphere but the food is okay but I always ask them are the Fry's are they hot and they say no I said well please let me get some fresh Fry's that should come obvious she should come automatic you feel me?. Aside from that I got a Walmart plus membership so I get 25% off and I get a free Whopper every 3 months

We were passing by in Tucson AZ, and stopped by to pick up something to eat. I forgot how delicious the Whoppers were.After coming back from Tucson we wanted that same flavor and all we did was come back to a disappointment Not that we have never eaten a Whopper but because the ones we eat at the Zaragoza and North Loop location DO NOT taste like that at all. Unlike Tucson's Burger King it was juicy, warm and had that charbroiled flavor. Zaragoza location, the burger was cold, no flavor what so ever and hardly had sauces (whatever sauces they put in their burgers) Burger King's Corporation office should try this burger vs. Tucson's Burger. We don't live to far from this location but we're going to be trying other locations to see if it's them or if it's an El Paso thing. I can't stress how disappointed we were after eating our burgers.

Took a visit to this BK tonight got there around 11pm , First thing, they closed early even when the door said dine in time was till 12am. We knocked on the door twice before we were even acknowledged, even though they saw us. They still didn't let us in. We asked if we could walk through the drive thru and they said yes. Once we ordered and got to the window we asked if we could come in (because dine in wasn't supposed to be closed yet)to wait for our Lyft and they said no, because the manager said no. Everytime we come to this location your employees are borderline incompetent or just plain rude for no reason. I will be definitely making a complaint with corporate. This is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable and the only reason I am typing this review because this has happened several times. I have let the bad service and incompetence go on too long. BTW you need to find a new manager, if they can't follow the times that are on the door, there isn't any reason they should be closing dine in early. CHANGE THE TIMES ON THE DOOR IF THEY WANT TO CLOSE DINE IN EARLY!
I will order through the app here before work, I don’t know why though. Because every single time I go, even through I’ve ordered my food 30 minutes ahead of time, I still have to wait when I get there at least 16 minutes. The last time I pointed it out to the girl at the window, she blamed and told me that I must have chosen the wrong option on the app, and it told them they should start my order once I got there. Here’s the kicker, their app doesn’t offer that option. I pointed it out, showed her that my app said my food was ready, then she switched her story and said that it was an app error and that’s they hadn’t received my order. And someone how, they were able to get my food out to me, in 4 minutes. So either they need to update their computers or the morning employees are lazy and they should hire new people. Just look at the photo and look at when I ordered my food up, as to when I picked it up. Just a garbage crew.

The person at the counter wanted to steal my money, terrible service
Visited the Zaragoza and North loop location on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't busy. Wanted to try out the new melts. Food took long to come out and when we got it it was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. I ordered chicken fries and my order came out wrong. Employees seemed moody, I wasn't even greeted when we came to the counter. I had to repeat my order several times as the employee had a hard time taking my order: 2 swiss melt meals medium and a bacon melt meal. An order of fries and cheese tots. Melts were small not that great or maybe because they were cold. Over all sub par experience.
