If you're going through the drive-thru they make you wait at the cashier window before you can pull up and get your food because they are finessing the drive-thru times. I hate going to this location cuz they make you wait at that window then they tell you you can go! I won't return

Very bad service at this Burger King can never get the orders right and that’s all the time not the first time I’ve had an experience like that. They skip stuff on your orders and than they say you have to pay for when they got it wrong the guy that is manager I’m guessing needs to be replaced big time

Ordered a #2 at the drive thru got home and the bread was dry and crumbling. That is unacceptable. Hope they resolve this issue.

I wanna give this location 5 Stars so bad. Great customer service. This place is rarely crowded and the drive thru line is always quick. However, the food is hardly fresh. Even a simple order of fries and boom…STALE Overfried and OILY.

It's disgusting to go hungry for a burger and be served by such disgusting, unhygienic people. Today, I stopped by the lobby around 10 a.m. and was served by a man named Luis. I know it's often difficult to maintain good vocal hygiene, but the smell coming out of his mouth was as if something was dead inside him, so disgusting the food made me feel like I didn't eat it even though I'd already paid for it. I can't believe that in a place that sells food, you have people serving you with no regard for hygiene. I don't want to imagine how to make the burgers since apparently the chefs don't care about the restaurant's appearance because of that situation. I don't recommend going to that disgusting place at all.

I only go to the drive-thru at this Burger King on Zaragoza so I don't know about the atmosphere but the food is okay but I always ask them are the Fry's are they hot and they say no I said well please let me get some fresh Fry's that should come obvious she should come automatic you feel me?. Aside from that I got a Walmart plus membership so I get 25% off and I get a free Whopper every 3 months
