The lady taking my order was supper rude. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food even though there was 0 line and they got my order wrong. Poor customer service.

Food was amazing but lady at the drive thru was rude she kept talking over me and did not let me finish I got to the window I order 2 crossaints sausage and when I get there it is like she is rushing me out the lane to leave I only come here for my grandpa this place is not a preference for me lady

Very bad service and hamburger meat was cold, ketchup dispenser was empty and the bottom all dirty,soda dispenser coke was just like water.I asked her for salt and ketchup she gave me one of each.cashier was running back and fourth outside taking orders people inside were just waiting for thier orders and one cook only

Very bad service overall i asked for jalapeƱos on the side they said no they didnt have whole jalapeƱos i asked for sliced jalapeƱos cashier apoligized said ok we will get them for you yet i have none in my bag besides they make me wait in the first window to give me my card after i paid was rounded up to almost 10 min i am upset they make me wait for my food in the first window to turn in my drinks and food its not the first time its everytime i take my kids does this happen Why have two windows then make process easier for enployees to use both windows and turn in card on time i dont appreciate the lack of effort put in from this team

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. I was stuck at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker. I even drove back and forth thinking maybe the sensor wasnāt picking up my car, but no one ever helped me. This isnāt the first time either every time I come here, the customer service is really bad. Itās the closest location to my house, but I honestly do not recommend it. They seriously need to improve their customer service.

Multiple occasions gone can't get order right something simple no mayo and its slow then on top of that you paid for bacon and cheese couldn't even do that .then ask same questions twice make sure order was right nope
