Very bad service overall i asked for jalapeños on the side they said no they didnt have whole jalapeños i asked for sliced jalapeños cashier apoligized said ok we will get them for you yet i have none in my bag besides they make me wait in the first window to give me my card after i paid was rounded up to almost 10 min i am upset they make me wait for my food in the first window to turn in my drinks and food its not the first time its everytime i take my kids does this happen Why have two windows then make process easier for enployees to use both windows and turn in card on time i dont appreciate the lack of effort put in from this team

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. I was stuck at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker. I even drove back and forth thinking maybe the sensor wasn’t picking up my car, but no one ever helped me. This isn’t the first time either every time I come here, the customer service is really bad. It’s the closest location to my house, but I honestly do not recommend it. They seriously need to improve their customer service.

Multiple occasions gone can't get order right something simple no mayo and its slow then on top of that you paid for bacon and cheese couldn't even do that .then ask same questions twice make sure order was right nope

Normally I don't rate fast food places because my expectations are always low, but man does this BK lower the bar even more. The last straw was today, I ordered my food, the cashier keeps me at the first window for about 7 minutes, and when he finally tells me to move forward, they still don't have my order ready. On top of that, the woman handling that window has a serious attitude problem, gives me my 3 drinks and doesn't offer a drink carrier, and when I ask her for one she makes a face and rolls her eyes as if I've somehow inconvenienced her...NEVER going to that BK again, I'll drive a little further to Wendy's where they at least show some kindness and respect. On top of that, if asked for no pickles on ONE...just ONE of the burgers, and they also couldn't get that right.

We ordered two shroom & Swiss melts, neither of them had any mushrooms anywhere on them. We had a large fry, zero salt, very bland. Two orders of 8 piece churro fries, no cinnamon sugar flavor at all, just tasted like they were thrown in to fry then directly into a bag. Pretty unpleasant eating experience. Very bland, nothing how it should be. Quite the disappointing experience and they weren't busy at all.
