Only car being serviced at night and order comes out wrong. Get home and everything is cold like it sat out at room temp. Call the next day and get a manager impersonator wouldn't give me her name for 5 minutes. Comes out she's not the manager. Go to restaurant and I ask for number to manager to speak with him directly get a not in service number from shift manager. Wow I use to enjoy eating here but with crappy employees forget it will never enter here again and I suggest everyone else do the same . They don't even deserve any stars

Absolutely disgusting. All I ordered was a whopper and it was the most sloppiest most unappealing thing ever. They threw a huge glob of mayonnaise on the bottom of the bun 🤮 to top it off the mayonnaise tasted like it was bad. So disgusting. I never come to the BK but since the line was so long at mcds I figured let's give them a chance. I even called back 3 times right after I left and never got an answer. So disappointed. It makes me never want to go to any BK ever again. Gross. Don't come here EVER they just need to shut this location down for good

This place is absolutely Terible i went with my wife. We both ordered a combo meal spent. Nearly $30. I ordered a bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich. They did not put the bacon on it or tomatoes the bun was Hard and stale, the fries were cold. As someone who has worked in fast food and restaurants for over 10 years. It is very obvious that the staff takes 0 pride in what they do I am astonished at how awful the food is

Honestly my score is 0….i know for a fact that if they had a NEW MANAGER the restaurant would be better off…. Stephanie should have a class of how to treat employees…..we’re eating and i could hear how she talks to the employees wait I meant to say how she yells at them… and her attitude face wen your talking to her ..OH MY…lady…. Learn some manners and definitely take customer service classes….
