I love Burger King's Burgers and fries, flame broiled burgers is where it's at. Did a quick stop in and got a quick bite to eat. The cashier was friendly and the tables were clean.

I wasn’t sure what to have for breakfast, but then I decided to use an offer that you can find in the BK app. I walked into the store. There were no customers inside and nobody in the drive-through. I made my way to the front order area. the manager is on her phone yapping right in front of me after waiting for about 6 to 8 minutes while she just kept talking She walked away from me to take an order from the drive-through and just left me standing there in All, about a minute later and employ who I guess was on their lunch break walked in and asked if she could take my order. Her name was Leanne. She is amazing. The manager on the other hand, took the order from the drive-through. I placed my order and was waiting for it to be done as I saw my tray sitting by the prep area. The manager kept grabbing food off my tray to give to the Drive Thru. This is highly unorthodox. This manager must be fired. There is no way to run a business. I should know as I am also a small business owner, all I wanted was a simple breakfast. I never got a good morning or a welcome to their establishment as I waited for my food. They served four cars in the drive-through before I ever got mine. This is the location near Montwood and Lee Trevino. Something needs to be done. Hopefully management above her will take care and do what is proper. This is a nice location. The inside is very clean, but I do not think I will ever be coming back.. by the way, after receiving my order, another customer came in and got serviced right away. Is it because I don’t speak Spanish don’t I live in the United States of America that shouldn’t have to be an issue and this upsets me very very much especially me being a veteran.

I was told that I can't get a Veteran Discount because the discount is only for one item and since I ordered two meals I am not eligible for the discount 🙃
More importantly the food quality was terrible compared to other BKs in EP.

Thos morning around 7 am I placed an order 15 minutes before heading to Burger King on my way to work. My order was 1 croissant. Bacon egg and cheese along with medium hash browns a very simple order nothing to drink. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be ready the purpose of a mobile order is to have customers order ready to grab & go by the time customers arrive to the restaurant & not have to wait I Think burger, king and all other restaurants that offer mobile orders should have a line just for mobile orders if that's not possible, then come up with a better plan for customers with mobile orders not have to wait ten minutes or more.Mobile orders should be more efficient

waited almost an hour in the drive thru.. got to the window and was told they’d be right with me: just to wait another 10 minutes. just for them to give me someone else’s food; and of course mines cold. absolutly ridiculous. no sense of urgency at all. never coming back

The location is great but the attitude of the female morning manager is unacceptable especially for her position it’s sad and ruins the reputation of this location. My husband was mentioning that one of the fountain drinks didn’t taste like what the label displayed. This turned a switch on the managers face. She literally had an annoyed face after bringing this to her awareness. I’m positive the syrup was connected incorrectly to the wrong tubing. All the manger had to do is check the syrup instead my husband was appointed a unsatisfied and disturbed reaction from head lead. Most definitely, head lead needs to be retrained. I hope the regional manager for this location reads this and reaches out to me since we were acquaintances in the past. This last experience at this location with certainly be our last.
