Terrible experience i was parked for a kids meal waited 20 min outside ! I HAD TO GET OFF TO ASK FOR MY ORDER AND MANAGER HAD NO CLUE ABOUT MY ORDER. Time wasted, terrible service long wait for nothing! Supervisors should really re train this Manager!

I have not eaten at Burger King in over 3 years. I normally don't eat fast food, but staying in el paso I can't cook im not home Staff was very nice. Louis was really clean, and the burger was awesome. It didn't taste like Carlsbad New Mexico's boiled hamburger.

i had such a great experience at this Burger King location! the food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. my meal tasted great and came out quickly, which is always a plus. but what really stood out to me was the management and staff. everyone was so friendly, polite, and helpful. the team here goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and you can tell they truly care about keeping everything running smoothly. the manager was attentive and made sure the dining area stayed clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not every day you find fast food that feels this well put together, but this Burger King definitely delivers. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a good meal and a positive experience!

The food here is amazing and fresh, and the employees are outstanding. They went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience.
I visit this Burger King quite often but on today, June 30, 2025 I went in for my usual breakfast. The employee took so long to go to the register. There were no customers in the drive-through to find out she was in the restroom for at least 15 minutes she comes out. I have to repeat what I’m ordering at least five times She made me feel as if I was worthless. I have never been so disrespected at this establishment as I have been visiting this location several times per week for the past five years now I’m having mixed feelings of ever going back. This grungy little girl needs to eat to be taught a lesson or fired. I feel so upset right now.
