The meatless Friday promotion, couldn't get it because the incompetent manager didn't know how to ring it up....she called several people and said in spanish "es que la gente la hace de pedo" thinking I didn't understand, I'm quite fluent in spanish and people especially manager should watch what they say in front of people that are customers and consumers of their product.

I walked in around noon today, and the workers looked at me with annoyed expressions, so I ended up feeling unwanted there. There was this one girl at the register with glasses on who was very helpful at explaining what was going on with the burger I wanted. I appreciate her patience and courtesy. But there was this one male shift manager I assume, who kept looking at me like he didn't want to be bothered, so I didn't feel comfortable asking him for assistance to solve the problem I was having. Overall I think the team members cared more about impressing each other than their own customers. When I got the burger I compromised for, it didn't look good, like it was rushed, had ingredients looking spoiled and lacked lettuce. I hope the manager becomes more friendlier with his guests, and the team becomes more focused on delivering a standard of quality to their orders and service, instead of chatting and finding shortcuts.

Purchased a double whopper and coke absolutely the best tasting burger I've had in the El Paso area I had a W burger no comparison Burger King out performed them hands down GREAT SERVICE and Great hot burger!!! Thank you for Great burger and service.
Came in around 7ish, and there was family of three ahead of me. They must have waited 5-10 mins for someone to help them as I overheard their conversation. Til which no one did help them, so they walked out. The cook who made eye contact with me and the family ahead of me. Didn’t even bother to say “Will be right with you.” But as the supervisor on site came back from throwing trash, he didn’t greet me and it seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. Or was probably he was having a bad day. This isn’t the first I’ve received bad service at this particular Burger King. But I feel corporate or franchisee should know what goes on at their establishment. Definitely would recommend a customer service course refresher with current staff.
