They got my order wrong…. I mean how hard is it? Rude because I wanted fries instead of hash browns. Hamburger patty so small and skinny it looked like there wasn’t one. All that bun for basically a huge handful of lettuce…. Definitely do not recommend. Go to Whataburger, it’s only a block from Burger King.

Walked in for lunch for me and my wife , ordered the brisket wapper, came back to the room ,it was a completely different burger , I walked back and ask why , they said it was because they didnt have brisket, of they knew , why sell me the burger , he takes it back and I can hear them laughing about, It was dead yet the lobby was dirty , never going back

The meatless Friday promotion, couldn't get it because the incompetent manager didn't know how to ring it up....she called several people and said in spanish "es que la gente la hace de pedo" thinking I didn't understand, I'm quite fluent in spanish and people especially manager should watch what they say in front of people that are customers and consumers of their product.
Vegetarian options: That's why I don't come here for the incompentcy of staff

I walked in around noon today, and the workers looked at me with annoyed expressions, so I ended up feeling unwanted there. There was this one girl at the register with glasses on who was very helpful at explaining what was going on with the burger I wanted. I appreciate her patience and courtesy. But there was this one male shift manager I assume, who kept looking at me like he didn't want to be bothered, so I didn't feel comfortable asking him for assistance to solve the problem I was having. Overall I think the team members cared more about impressing each other than their own customers. When I got the burger I compromised for, it didn't look good, like it was rushed, had ingredients looking spoiled and lacked lettuce. I hope the manager becomes more friendlier with his guests, and the team becomes more focused on delivering a standard of quality to their orders and service, instead of chatting and finding shortcuts.

Purchased a double whopper and coke absolutely the best tasting burger I've had in the El Paso area I had a W burger no comparison Burger King out performed them hands down GREAT SERVICE and Great hot burger!!! Thank you for Great burger and service.
