Monday-Thursday you’ll get great service fast efficient correct order. Friday-Sunday slowest service I seen in a while 20 plus minute wait with only a few cars ahead. Last time I went the weekend they got my order wrong. Just avoid going on the weekend. Photo shows time I ordered and time I actually got it.

The wait for 2 shakes was unmatched took more than 2 shakes should and the quality of the product given I can't even make up how disgusting this is and I will not further my business here nor do or will I ever recommend it to anyone for anything the negative attitudes in that store are just disgusting everything is disgusting about these people and this location the fact I got what I got for what I paid and the wait it took oh no I wish the worst outcome for you and yours
They never get my order right then they have the nerve to get at me cuz they can't read the screen right and the one lady said she would replace the two whoopers and when I came back to put them up another lady told me no she was only gonna give me one of them then they made it wrong again I just throw that nasty thing away the Burger King on rushing rd is a very bad restaurant to eat at and they are very rude and disrespectful and the management is the worst stay away from the place don't waste your time or money here😡🤬😡🤬🤢🤮

Arrived on site to pick up my order that i put in on the app. This is the fourth time in 2 months I've had to have my order remade because this crew doesn't read orders and likes to slop mayo and ketchup on all orders regardless. The nuggets are always burned and the fries are always old and reheated. Im so tired of it and im tired of the poor attitudes that the manager has because they were caught. As someone who has worked in Quality for over a decade, where is the quality control? Where is the care for the food that comes out of this place. Can the employees read/write? Honestly, it doesn't end. Upper management needs to pay a visit to this location and not just during the day.
