We went through the drive- thru, big mistake. I had to repeat my order like 3 times, the seem more interested in upselling me than he did about getting the order right. They still didn't get it right. I got burnt nuggets, bbq I didn't even ask for, and no marinara for the mozzarella fries.

So, we went through the drive through 11/6/24 around 1:50-2pm and got a family bundle. The service was ok but unfortunately when we began eating our meal there was a long dark brownish black hair on my whooper! The hair was on the first bite and definitely was my last bite of that whooper!!! This Burger King is usually pretty clean so, I am a bit disappointed about hair in my food. I won't be purchasing food there anymore I would only be worried about more hair in my food. I know it happens so I'm not saying stay away but I will say should you decide to dine at the Burger King on Fairbanks, dine cautiously!!!

Dont order thru app they dont start online orders till you arrive anyways so its pointless. I ordered a whopper meal online, the cashier told the cooks I was their for my order, but they claimed they didnt hear her so they didnt even start it when I arrived. I had to wait a total of 30 mins to get my order.

This burger King is so slow. They have monday meals on sale and every Monday im charged a different price for the same thing I get. I got a large as well and they give me medium fries. This place is special. Smh. To top it off I order cheese on my chicken sandwich, I get home and no cheese. So I paid extra for nothing.
