Ordered a double whopper , large fries and medium sweet tea and a medium Chocolate shake . Went to pay and he said 18 and some change . I thought was high . I went home and started to eat the burger and it had bacon and was spicy . Wrong burger . Again I’m tired of the fast food placesAlways messing up on the food orders . Mark off anther store I will not be going back to . Terrible when teenagers are not managed .

The female GM Jasmin I believe needs to be replaced asap! Is not very helpful and does not know what she is doing and doesn't speak english well, I don't know why but this store and the one on hondo pass probably have two of the worse GMs I've ever seen, bk definitely needs to reevaluate who they select as GMs :(
