I was picking up an Uber order and it took them over 15 min. I don't know exactly how long it took them to complete this order because Uber kicked me off the order for taking too long. Three people that arrived at the same time as I did got their order. This issue seems to be for food couriers only. What a giant waste of time.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Like let this be the comment you see I waiting at the cashier for my order for takeout and I see the cooks without gloves or mask on. I was utterly digested and when I said y’all need gloves and a mask they gave me a dirty look and continued. At that point I didnt wanna stay there any longer but something told me to check my food. Right off the back the burger bread was hurt to the crisp like it look find from above I looked inside and almost choked on my own vomit. Bradley any fried in the bad like the little carton thing is like halfway empty and I ordered a large. The bottom of the bad has so many like oil stain in it I thought it was just gonna break and fall to the floor along with my food. They gave me the most digesting drink know to man was in face not a sprite but some kind of BS mixed drink that takes 80 years old. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience and I hope this place gets shut down immediately. I told a manger about it and he tried to put the blame on me and said that’s just how the food comes. I wanted to kick his so hard because ik others are complaining about the cook and he looked like he just woke up with eye boogers in his eye. Woke up from hibernation just to tell me some BS. This place must be stopped immediately

I called 10:58 am to place an order for pickup and they are going to tell me that they stop selling breakfast at 11:00 am. I have placed order over the phone and it was no issue. The employee waited until the clock ran to 11;00 am to say I can’t order it. I called back spoke to the manager and he is going to tell me that they have protocol and that at 11:00 AM they would throw out whatever they have left over. My question is so you rather to have your company lose money than to take the customer order because it is now 11:00 AM?

Lettuce is hardly ever fresh, majority of the time its slimy and ruins the whole meal, other toppings are not as fresh either, never checked the reviews for this location but honestly, these others reviews aint lying

Horrible customer service……walked in not busy 2 inside and 3 cars in the drive thru and nobody noticed me or pretended not to see me… I stood there for 9 minutes……. Guess they don’t want my business….just go spend your hard earned money somewhere else….plenty of places in the shopping center..

Ordered a Whopper and added cheese for .60 cents. I didn’t receive cheese in my burger and I also got two top buns instead of a bottom bun. My patty is also torn in half lol
